If you do purchase August and September 2011 issues of White Dwarf, would it be within the Fair Use act to photocopy the codex pages and bind them into a full codex for personal use only (i.e. don't post it online or hand out copies)?
I honestly don't know one way or the other.
An alternative for those who prefer to not even take the risk, would be waiting until GW compiles the 2 parts into a PDF on their website, and simply downloading it from GW's site and printing it out. Mind you, we're talking months of wait time in all likelihood.
