I take back what I said. I am pretty sure its Ginji. The mass PM that freaking Derrai told him to do, would be a great finger pointing starter, and would therefore take suspicion off of Ginji, who actually was Kira, and throw it onto someone else, or at least off of himself. And all the clues point to him, so I think it is indeed Ginji, I'm sorry for doubting you, SpeQz.
