Trading for fancy things such as hats, special weapons, or Mann Co. items is all well and good.. But maybe those stakes are just a bit too high for you. What if you've been sitting around, working hard to craft your very own hat, weapon, soul, what have you..? All you need is just one more Heavy Weapons Guy weapon, but you're practically the surplus king of ubersaws! What's a guy supposed to do?

If you're trying to craft a particular class token or weapon, you're definitely going to want certain weapons, no matter how common they may be to make your craft. Hey, you may have an extra weapon for a certain class and one more weapon from that class may be all you need to make your last scrap metal you needed. Whatever your case.. You're in the right place!

This thread is for people looking to trade items for the sake of getting something else to craft. That usually means you're not looking for anything more specific than a certain class's weapon, and a lot of times it's not something all that special on its own.

Example: Crafting a crusader's crossbow, looking to trade for a huntsman. Here's what I have in surplus: Something that explodes, something that cuts, something that shoots, etc.
