Amelie looked up at Grimstone watched as it all went on. She leaned against the wall and didn't even notice as tears fell rapidly from her cheeks. She reached up to pat a few away and realized that without her consent her eyes had overflowed. She willed them away, but they wouldn't stop. She reasoned that none the less it was sad and above all else her friend would be fine in a matter of moments. That everything would be fine, she hoped. in a flash Grimstone was before her and she was taking in account his wings. Even though her cheeks were stained with tears she was still cool and calm as she spoke. "Will you heal?" She sounded nonchalant as she asked and then stepped around him. She had to get to work, and fast. She reached down and pulled her shirt off revealing only a corset. Then reached for the dagger she had fastened to her thigh. Then turning she looked to Grimstone. "This can get dangerous but what you must remember is you can not interfere. If you do I could die along with Draka and yourself. I have only resserected people a handful of times. I'm still new at it. So when I do this. . . you must promise to save yourself." She didn't wait for an answer as she plunged the dagger into wrist. She flinched, even the princess or maybe especially the princess didn't like pain. She watched in awe as blood spilled over the knife quickly, she figured she had hit the vein. All would be well though. She watched Grimstone for some type of reaction then smiled. "You will also never speak of this again." Her dead friend lurched forward to grab hold of her arm. She smiled then kicked it squarely in the exposed ribcage. It doubled back and hung it's head like a misbehaved dog, it had only done in it's nature and she realized as the door started to rattle, everyone else could smell her blood as well. She sighed deciding it was time to get started.
Removing the dagger she started to form an intrecate design around the table Draka layed on. Then she stood before his body, Grimstone had really went at it. It. . . well he looked like a carcuss of some animal dead and forgotten. She sighed then whiped some blood on Draka's forehead. Then she started to chant. The language unknown as she simply stood and chanted. This was all the easy part. The hard part would be when he returned he wouldn't return alone and it would be her problem to banish whatever followed. She hoped it wouldn't be anything too serious. She had seen cases where a demon would latch onto the body and take it over, though she was sure she could tell. . . . again she hoped.

Noticing the slight moisture on her cheeks but choosing not to say anything he brushed off the concern of his wings. As he withdrew a flask from within his jacket he opened it and the pungent smell of blood and ash rose to his nose. Gulping it down his wings slowly but surely began to heal. Looking at the door as it started to rumble he could only nod his understanding of the words. Grimstone had forgotten to mention some important facts about his life and her life now that they were connected but he was sure Amelie would be just fine. His strength was her strength so he opened up their link even more allowing his pure raw dragonic power available to her should she choose to utilize it. He began to clean himself off after all if Draka were to come back and notice he was bloody he would be slightly suspicious. He couldn't do anything about the blood staining his clothes but he had already created a story should he be questioned on it.
Draka's spirits were at war with one another again. They may have melded together during their confinement in the body but the demon wanted to devour the human soul still. Not only that but the spiritual being that was Draka was in the middle of a swarm of demons that Draka had sent back to their makers. Slowly but surely they began to try and rip him to pieces as the demon melded with his human soul tried to tear away. Unfortunately Sin, the necromancer that betrayed him and made him, had not only sealed them together but his blood made them inseparable.
Then there was a jerk of outside power as Draka was yanked away from the fiery pits of hell and back into the black abyss. Using all his strength to fight off whatever tried to grasp onto him as he seemed to travel through layer upon layer of time and space until finally he was hovering above his mutilated body. He could see Amelie and her pet, looking to his body he was in awe. The damage was severe though he was sure the healing process would be easy enough if not time consuming. Then he saw the shaking of the door and he figured these were Amelie's 'friends' she had told him about. As he slowly began to sink back into the body something gripped his forearm and looking up he saw the one horror he could ever experience.
The necromancer that had created him was gripping his arm, he was practically nothing but rotted flesh and bone in spirit form but he was angry and the mere touch had Draka terrified. He felt as he did that fateful night over fifteen hundred years ago as he lay paralyzed on the table while Sin performed the ceremony that would create him. He never thought he would ever be this afraid again, not afraid enough to call out, "AMELIE!" She would hear his voice and if she looked she would see the two ghostly images as only a necromancer could see.

Amelie's eyes widdened in surprise. She hadn't thought another Necromancer would be present. . . though that was what she felt, wasn't it? She couldn't be sure. This was all new to her as she heard Draka cry out for her she shuddered and gripped the table. This would be a battle of souls and spirits. And she was going completely on instinct here. She felt empowered as Grimstone did something, she wasn't sure but she felt warmer and just knew it was him. She reached out to grasp onto the being that was gripping Draka's arm. Clsoing her small hand around what to a normal eye would be air she gritted her teeth and pulled summoing her dead friend to come over. "Move Draka and place him on the floor." She spoke, she wanted to get in between the two of them and she was desperate to get Draka back in his body. It was the only way to make ammends. She lost focus then realizing that at the moment Draka was connected to her, she would have to watch everything she thought of for he could surely see inside her head and would be able too from now on. She threw up her arms as he dead friend started to drag the brutal body to the floor and she continued to look at the image in front of her in confusion. She wasn't crazy, it really did feel like another Necromancer. .. . but how? That didn't make sense. Necromancers lose their powers once they join the dead. She didn't have time to be analyzing this! She needed to focus! . . . She was such an amateur.

Grimstone gritted his teeth as wave upon wave of curiosity and nervousness washed over his nerves but he suppressed them from Amelie and kept the flow of strength and power to her.
Draka looked down to see his body moving further away from him but then he saw Amelie she was their. He was shocked and his fear seemed to abate greatly. He smiled at her lightly, a real smile, and then up at Sin. "You will never control me m'lord. You are nothing compared to this girl here." There was a loud demonic roar as the spirit seemed to pull harder but soon lost grip. Draka instantly sunk to the ground where his body lay and was absorbed. The only thing left was the seal that needed to be placed, but Sin wasn't going to have it and summoning up his energies of over a thousand years of hate he lunged forward at Draka.

Amelie sent a smile back at Draka and heard him as he spoke. She watched though as the other being flew towards Draka's body, not taking a second of hesitation Amelie followed suite and lept in front of Draka's body. She raised her arms outward and tried to push her power outwards and felt as she was flung backwards. She hit the ground as a cold rush came upon her and started to convulse. In her last moments of normalcy she turned so she layed next to Draka's body looking at him. Smiling she plunged two of her fingers into her wrist and started to draw an intricate design in the air. Her blood stayed frozen midair as she did. Watching the design float over Draka Amelie started to close hereyes slightly. She was feeling very odd. It was a good thing and a bad thing. She tried to make eye contact with Grimstone as she stayed sprawled out on the floor waiting. Waiting to feel normal again. Waiting for Draka to wake up after the seal was set in. Waiting honestly for the dead outside the door to burst through and tear her limb from limb. She was simply waiting.

The massive extent of the wounds began healing the instant the seal was drawn. Amelie's power not only would heal Draka's body but seal the combined souls back into his body. The wounds were healing quickly and Draka's eyes fluttered open they were a bright red then they dimmed out to their normal dark color. His silver hair was splattered with blood along with his leather jacket and black pants. He weakly looked around realizing that Sin could still be around. Not seeing his dead mentor he relaxed and slipped into a state of slumber almost as if he was meditation.
Sin had no idea what had happened the space he now occupied was flowing with power and his own power was now gone. He had waited for the day when Draka would meet his end but he never would have guessed the necromancer he found to summon him again would be so strong. Then a blast of vision came to him as if he were living again. He was looking at a dark haired man with a sense of waiting for something. There was a rumbling at the door behind the man, and for some reason he was slightly scared of it. He realized that he was in the girls body and for some reason he was unable to exit. As if the power that he had used to attack Draka had been lost to the young necromancer he was in he spoke to her in a cold voice that was elegant yet sinister. "Get up you tool!"
An increase in the beating at the door had made Grimstone miss the passing of Sin into Amelie not that he could have seen the spirit anyway. He looked back to his rider and saw her sprawled out on the floor she seemed to be immobile and he cried out to her, "AMELIE!" He had no idea if he should leave, she felt alive and when he pressed into her mind he felt something different about her almost as if two presences resided within her now. But the feeling dissipated he made a guess that Draka was now linked to her as well from the ceremony.
Sin felt the mental press of another and he retreated to the back of the girl's mind and through up a mental defense to make it seem as if there was just a small void in her mind where nothing really existed. This would be troublesome if he wasn't the only one in her head. He had access to everything in her mind and he quickly began to study her carefully all while sending her the simple message over and over again, "Get up you tool, get up you tool, get up you tool." He would instantly cease the moment she stood up.

Amelie heard the voice in her head over and over again. She started to hit her forehead to the ground hoping to drown it out with the sound of blood pounding in her ears. Finally she stood up and looked at the door. Her arms hung limp, something obviously went awry. She nodded to Grimstone and smiled down to Draka. He's mine. That was her only triumphant thought as she spoke. "Grimstone start shifting into a dragon even before you open the door. We must get out of here." She yelled as she spoke and realized that she felt funny. Stronger yet weaker all at the same time. She decided that she would have time to diagnose this all later though. "I have Draka." She and her dead minion eached grabbed an arm or Draka's body and hauled him close to the door. She looked at Grimstone one last time. "You get me out of here alive or I'll nag you from my grave." She was trying to make a joke but knew it fell flat, and that was exactly what she wan'ted to do. Her body just felt like it was shutting down, and something was off. She feared she knew what it was.

The girls thoughts passed before him as if he was able to read it in a book and Sin smiled as he knew each and every last detail of her life now. She knew who this dark haired man was. He was Grimstone her dragon and she was his rider and a necromancer. Oh yes this was grand indeed he would work his way into her body and take over if he could this kind of power was too good to be true. speaking to her again with a joyous tone as if he was pleased with her, "That's a good tool, now as your dragon opens the door you should quell these undead beings with my power. He noticed he did not have his power but he could will strength to go wherever he wanted it to. His power flooded her as an incantation echoed in her mind as if it had been hidden in her memory though it was in his voice. The incantation would simply calm the unrest of the undead creatures and they would sleep as if she were not around.
Draka was in his meditation state the wounds on his body that had been fatal simply remained at a manageable rate. For a more human regeneration. He would be bed ridden for a few months. During which he would plot revenge against his killer.
Grimstone nodded though Amelie was being odd, his concern was over shadowed by the renewed vigor. Partially transforming as he moved the sickening sounds of it filled the chamber they were in. He opened up the door and he released a massive breath attack before he could see what was on the other side. The extremely hot and noxious gas spread out before him with such speed that the pure friction between the particles caused enough static to build up and create small bolts of lightning that arced into the beings. The heat was hotter than that of a volcano and it was twice as poisonous. If the creatures were living breathing it would cause a slow painful death, more than likely they would become paralyzed as the heat would melt them down.
Stepping out his form enlarging as he shifted more into the dragon until he was complete. He left his tail cover the dorrway but also act as a ramp for them to get onto his back. QUICKLY! He shouted through their mental link and he felt it get to her and he was sure she heard it and then the thought was sucked into a void that he was sure was not there before hand.

Amelie decided she would scold him later for attacking her dead. Even if they were trying to kill her, it was still her fault they were there. Shetook off at a half run and climbed on top of Grimstones tail. She clung onto Draka tightly wrapping her little arms around his waist. And finally she allowed her eyes to close and tried hard to block out the voice in her head.

Grimstone waited as long as he could as he swatted the regenerating dead away from his massive legs. As soon as his passengers were all situated he took off high above their reach. Flapping his wings quickly he gained momentum and avoided any and all obstacles along the way. Coming to a hover in front of the entrance to the cavern Grimstone flapped lightly allowing for a steady bridge between him and the exit.
Sin was growing tired, his lack of strength seemed to be taking his toll on him as he spoke to her. This new situation would be complicated and tricky to handle but he will figure it out. With final words that would ring in her ears as he faded into a weird slumber of a sort he said, "Do not resist child I only mean to help you." The voice was elegant again and not as mean this time around. He would continue this charade until he could take control.

Amelie smiled as she listened the the voice in her head. She didn't understand but at the same time she was sure it was Sin in her mind so she couldn't really trust him. She opened hereyes to small slits and watched the world buzz around her. "Grimstone. Please, take me and Draka to the Infrimary." She didn't wait to hear his answer before falling completely asleep.

Grimstone began acting before she even finished her sentence. Taking his massive head he scooped Amelie and Draka into his mouth and deposited them just outside the exit of the chamber. Shifting back to human form he climbed out as well and grabbed Amelie gently, lifting her small frame so he could hold her like a small child. He tossed Draka over his shoulder with little care as he was sure the man would heal himself anyway. Shutting the secret door he exited the room quickly and quietly heading directly for the medical hall.
