Holy crap.... dude measures everything with a scale! eek His breakfast shake looks pretty similar to what I have semi-regularly, only I eat the fruit plain, go with a piece of toast with lots of pure nut butter and add fruit juice to the whey. I also take omega 3-6-9 daily. Too bad the video is too blurry to see the text. I'd like to see what he's eating in more detail.

The professional training camp looks interesting... might go over that with a few IRL work out friends and see what they think.

Well I watch a high quality version of the video ... and basically he does 6 meals a day ... every 2-3 hours ... and all meals have an equal caloric intake ... beyond that what he said was what he ate ... a measured amount of a carb, a protein, and a starch ...

Latest update, I'm at 105lbs right now. Because summer is extremely stressful for me, my nutritionist said that I should focus more on recovery, especially after regattas (very long sailing races). The keyword for this month is SLEEP. He says that because I only sleep around 4-5 hours per day during regattas, it stops muscles from recovering like they should. This means I'm more likely to have no change or a decrease in weight. Then there's the issue of food.

I noticed that my first regatta this season drained me a lot because I didn't bring enough protein bars and our snacktician assumed that everyone on board would only eat 3 meals per day with lots of beer in between (and I don't drink beer). I finished my stash halfway through the event and emotionally broke down from exhaustion afterwards.

The next regatta, I brought twice as many protein bars and our snacktician was more prepared for my diet so I felt completely fine but still no change in weight due to all the physical activity, lack of sleep and mental stress that goes with racing. At least I didn't LOSE weight.

He prescribed at least 5 days of rest after a regatta, which is very hard to do even though I fall asleep mid-study or get very cranky throughout the day. I still feel like I have to Go!-Go!-Go!
