I just had another thought... and with the guild/friend list systems it might be possible. Whenever the newsletter gets updated could a mass pm go out to everyone in the guild (or those who want to maybe "subscribe" to it). That way we don't suck bandwidth and will know when to check up on it.
What we could do is this. Make a mule account (named something obvious like "Gaian Parent" or something like that). We could get everyone on the friends list, then once a month mail out the newsletter by PM. I do a similar thing with my guild, though it is once a week and I was too lazy to make a mule account so the entire guild is on my friendslist. One of the crew has started a thread that has archived all the past newsletters for people who are interested and not on the mailing list.
