Yomiko is a character off of an anime who is a total bibliophile, she's my hero. My room is like that, but mostly around my bed. I have a habit of liking to read right before I go to bed so books lie scattered all around that area.

I have OCD so if I have one book out of place I freak out. My entire room is filled with books though. I am also considering putting all my clothing in the closet so I can make a shelf out of my dresser. But then mother would be a little mad at me.

My room is currently navigable as I just returned 50 books to the campus library. That's not to say that they're not piled. I can just go to the bathroom in the middle of the night and not trip over *quite* as many.

Lets see...book pile on my desk...in front of my clock...and the shelf...on a seperate table. Yea, they're kind of all over my room because my parents are (still) in somewhat of a shock that I read so much and actually need more then one book shelf. >.<

I hafta hop everywhere in my room, for fear of stepping on a book. When my friends come over I stack them and the piles are so high my friends won't sit near them

I wish I had enough books to over run my room, but sadly I dont. If I did though, of course I would make a Book fort and Bliss doesnt even begin to describe how it would be

Having several bookstores in the area and two bedrooms for storage doesn't help to control my book population sweatdrop

Wow. I must be used to it, because I never took that into consideration before now.
But, yes. There seem to be books everywhere in my room...
I have 3 book shelves in my closet (on each wall...) one out in the open of my room, and piles of books all over the floor and dressers. I even have a drawer for them.
Books everywhere. But, they make me happy. I love having to walk over them to get across the room. It's a blissful feeling, to know you're surrounded by what you love.
