No matter what, littering is bad for the enviornment. It doesn't matter if it's for a good cause, it still doesn't make it right. Many areas also have littering laws, and fines can be charged if it's seen. These fines can be around $500. I think it's nice that he picked up other people's mistakes. I say if we want to be SEEN as mature, we need to act it. So Kudos to Panda.
