what ive been doing for exercise is bellydancing. this is the perfect fat girl exercise, it's low-impact and so very empowering, cause you cant bellydance without a belly! at least not very well.

ninja Here's an excersize question for everyone: What can you do about uneven boob size? Like, I think my left boob is a cup size (or more!) bigger than my right one. Its begun to be pretty noticable. O_o Help!

so...lately its been too cold to do much else, so ive been playing wii fit plus like a pro. i let my fitness level slip a little while my teacher was sick, so i figure if i want to be in my top game for dance again i need to put myself through some sort of conditioning, and the wii has been my best friend for this. it lets me do cardio AND yoga so im pretty set with it.
