I think Team Sprocket needs an ED subforum. Because frankly, this is a lighthearted guild and some people don't enjoy going into the guild to see others throwing their morals at everyone else. Whether it's appearance or religion or social lives, sometimes people just don't want to deal with it. And sure, one may say just don't look at the threads. But if they're on the frontpage, people expect it to be a misleading title, some joking and laughs to be shared.
On the same note, if you have off topic junk like rigs going on in the board? Make a board for that instead of things that we've already determined on the board as excuses to get on moral high horses. D;

I don't think the RIGs are off topic. Many of the items are EI related.

Many, yes. All? No. Talking about buying bundles and the newest cat and blah blah blah are not on-topic. The e.i. talk I'm fine with. The "OMG NEW DOLL MUST GET!!11!!!" is what I have a problem with. But hey, I just want some non-grim guild activity.

The grim discussion unfortunately is the majority of guild activity. And in the first post you put ED.. I think you meant GD?

GD is general discussion. ED is extended- which seems to be the case lately, debates, morals, lifestyles and why they're wrong and the like.

Techie Creek xd I guess they can be rather entertaining to some... I look to it as Edu-tainment. I like to learn, but I guess I'm a bit of a debater. For the hell of it I'll argue a point I think is completely wrong, and I can make people believe it. Usually. But overall, I feel that everyone should expand their awareness of the entire world around them before making a decision. Don't stick with something and change the world to fit. >>

Admittedly I don't care to have views thrown at me. I enjoy having them to look over, to read, understand, and then decide whether it'll be integrated into my own views or not. Beyond that I don't seek to change others minds or even to expand. Expansion is natural and occurs on its' own~
Anyway as for the subforum, I think it'd be a good way for people to like, get all their random tiny no-one-else-gives-a-damn views out their without sticking it in their journals. And the debate lovin' folks can get their fill as well.

Everything else I just tell it as I see it and I'll let others make their decision.

-dies for appearing to throw morals at people-
I know your talking about my threads, you didn't have to say my name for me to understand crying sweatdrop Sorry if it appears that way. I just make topics like that because we get into them in the thread off topic so i make them here for people to share their views~

You make the threads, you don't start the conversations in the thread :T That's why I didn't say your name.

Issue is it's some of the only guild activity and some sprockets enjoy 'em. That's why I think a separate subforum should be used, as to not take away all activity and still not force it in front of anyone. *Shrugs*

But the guild is where we are supposed ot chat about things we cant chat about in the thread. You go off topic in the thread and you're told to go to the guild. Also I try soo hard to make good EI threads in here and noone seems to want to talk about EIs. rofl Although for things like politics and life issues, yes a subforum like ED would be great.
