Yokoito unlocked his door and went inside. He went to bed as soon as he was in his pajamas.

Akles knocked on Yokoito's door, a purple book in his hand. "You really should get up, their might be something going on at the chuunin exams." He said, his knocking getting louder. He really was annoyed by delivering this child to the exams, he had other errands to run.

Yokoito opened his eyes and regestered he was being called to. He got dressed and opened his door. "Trouble? Let's go."

Clone #4- Kazzu had no intention of killing off the shinobi, only crippling them. So, in order to do that, Kazzu wired Paper Bombs to the doors and entry ways, so that when they ignite, it would only cage th shinobi inside. Once finished, the clone poofed away.

As the Sound of the feint whistle could be heard, it triggered aall the paperbombs along the building, sending the entrys and doorways tumbling down to the ground in a heap of fire and Debris. The Complex had now become a prison.

Raiden was taken by surprise as dozens of explosions were set off simultaneously. Instead of panicking though he held his ground, forming a set of mokuton seals. "Orb of genesis skill." He mouthed, creating an orb of wood around yokoito and himself. This shield blocked the debris that had shot his way, protecting the two. He created another set of doton seals, planning to utilize the earth mound creation technique. It caused the ground under the orb to rise in a steep hill, growing 35 ft tall and clearing the orb from the debris. Once they were clear he broke the orb down into splinters and rushed off beckoning Yokoito to follow him.

A large group of clones swept through the area and went to work, creating wooden structures to replace the old ones, and making other necessary repairs. The wreckages were shipped away to other parts of the village to be recycled and by the time they had cleared up the building was fixed.

Samedi walked through the doors of one of the better apartments in the complex and placed a small coin on the counter. "Wish to rent rooms."
The landlord, a thin, wiry man with a fringe of yellow hair around his head and a very wide nose, looked up from his magazine. "How long, and which one, son?"
Samedi shook his head. "Am not your son. Wish to rent rooms, two for four dace."
"Dace?"
Samedi pulled out a bright blue book, slightly faded and very rumpled with age, and flipped through it. Without taking his eyes off the page, he drew the word out. "Dayzzzzzzzzze...?"
He looked up at the landlord, who rolled his eyes and pulled tow sets of keys off the rack behind him and tossed them to Samedi. "bloody foreigners... Two rooms, four days. Then you're out. Got it?"
Samedi nodded after looking up at the ceiling and counting on his fingers for a moment. "Yass... Thanks you."
He walked off to the rooms, placed what little he'd brought with him on the beds, and set out to find Zero, making a mental note that the ones that sound foreign and pay ten times what the whole hotel is worth get the best rooms.

Zero popped his head out of his rooms door, it was dark and approaching the later part of the night. In the background one could hear a person scrambling around the room. Zero then went back in and shut the door. sukai was now putting her boots on and fixing her hair, Zero did not understand why women went into so much detail on the way they look. But if he stopped to realize the simple fact than he would probably understand. But this was not something he had to put into his life style, The uchiha men usually were gifted with the so called handsome. Zero called out to sukai "you going already?" She sat up and walked over to Zero "I have to get back to the shop, My Grandpa does not let me go around with boys" Zero pondered why this was, when she was clearly over 22 years old. He suddenly lost track of this as sukai kissed him on the cheek and walked out the door after placing her housing number in his hand. Zero then went to the back of the room and opened the slider door to his porch. Stepping outside he jumped to the roof. After doing so he sat waiting for his partner to come get him. It was cold because he was not wearing his cloak, but in his logic his cigarette would keep him worm .....what a strange world this was
Zero could feel something wrong, it was taking the old man to long to talk to the kage.

Shinji walked into his room slowly, locking the door behind him. He walked to his desk and laid down the book on his desk frantically paging through it. "Remarkable, times and dates of death." he commented, amazed at his discovery. He recognized only a few of the actual names it was then that a set of rules written on the inside cover attracted his attention. As he worked out the english writing the notebook's significance became clear to him. His eyes flickered on the opening line,This is the notebook of a god of death. "Shinigami," he mouthed in realization. Still his mind was unclear, he wasn't convinced fully of the notebook's authenticity.

From the shinigami realm he descended, spreading black leathery wings he flew over the human world searching for a certain individual. He descended passing through buildings with ease, there was no reason to be suttle as only those who had touched the note could see him. He was followed by a downpour of rain, which most shinigami we're when they entered the world, it was a human symbol of gloom. He slinked his way into the apartment building that housed Shinji, and with a lightning strike he was in front of them, smiling a fanged smile.

Shinji turned in horror at the monster, as the sudden strike of lightning lit up it's face. He grabbed onto both of his ears and let out a scream, being knocked out of his chair with the force. "Shinigami...exist?" He asked looking at the living proof in front of his own eyes. He slowly leaned forward, using his arms to push the rest of his body up. "But.. it can't be." The look on his eyes was dulled over as he stared at the beast. After hearing the resounding thunder the beast spoke to him.
"It may be hard to believe but I'm standing in front of your eyes, and the second you touched that book I came to haunt you." shinji was clutching the book as he heard those words. His teeth clattering he stared at it before a maniacal smile ran across his face. He opened the book in front of the beast eyes. "The notebook of a god of death huh, then why can a human write so many names!" He shouted, showing he had scrawled a page full of names across the pages. Ryuk simply laughed,"What will that do you?" He asked interested in the names the human had written.
Shinji simply turned around,"Ryuku whatever power is hidden in this book, I will use it to become god." He said qouting black stars numerous bragging attempts. He turned to the shinigami,"So tell me, are you going to take my soul?" he asked daringly a look of pure fear on his face.
Ryuk simply broke into laughter,"Hyuk, Hyuk, Hyuk!" He stared at Shinji ready to correct him. "I believe your mistaken that's simply some human fantasy. That notebook has no cost other than the misery that it causes." He admitted knowing he could not kill the boy just yet if he wanted to watch this through until the end. "But don't think A human who uses that note can go to heaven or hell." SHinji choked at this remark, but otherwise his face was calm.

Yokoito walked into his apartment and kicked his wall and left a hole. He walked to his bed, got in and fell asleep.

Trace woke up with a massive headache. He walked out of his apartment to head for the Hokage's tower.
((Sorry for my inactivity.... My life is currently a living hell))
