Mike was definitely the better hose cuz he was a lot funnier and livelier. Joel was pretty funny, but he was too nasely. His voice IRRITATED the crap out of me. Ugh. Plus when I got back into MST3k a couple of years ago, it was natural I favored Mike more cuz he was the host when I was little, so I remember him more. Plus he really did crack better jokes than Joel.
Plus Mike really did have the best face for television. His giant cranium of TV goodness.

Joel's funny but too goofy. Mike has this deadpan humor that makes me laugh at his jokes more than Joel's.

Sorry, I can't explain what I mean. Just that Mike has smarter jokes than Joel. But I guess Joel didn't laugh at his, Crow or Tom's jokes as much as Mike did.

Without Joel, there never would have been an MST3K. He was the creator. I thought he was a little funnier than Mike, but I do like both. I vote Joel. Now where's the Tom Servo vs Crow poll...?
