Seeing how this seems to be turning I think I should speak up. As a follower of an Abrahamic religion, I am not a slave to my God. My God or at least as my tradition teaches that God has no need or no desire for slaves. Hell, my tradition teaches that Christ died and resurrected so we need not be slave to the Archons or Demiurge(s). As a Gnostic, I'm called not be a slave but to be a son because while a slave gets their freedom, a son is already free and will inherit what is of the father.
While many Churches follow various Demiurges that wants slaves, there are some liberal churches that recognize the Demiurge is just an image, nothing more, and seek to know who their God really is.

Fun awkward question!
I'm in an M/s relationship- so I don't find the idea of gods being Masters to be unreasonable. But then, I also think there are different kinds of slavery. Chattel slavery is the kind of slavery that RavenK talks about. It is something that makes me want to puke.
Risk-aware consensual slavery is something very different- and it destroys the relationship when consent is gone. I don't see a problem with that kind of relationship with a human or a god really.
