Hey guys! Great to be back on here!
Anyway, recently I have noticed a problem with my amp.
It is a marshall 150h half stack. I just got a gibson explorer and it sounds great. There is a problem though. My amp becomes very staticy when I play the guitar on the bridge pickup. Especially on the clean channel. Whenever I strum a chord or even play a picking lick, it makes a terrible staticy noise. When I change it to the other pickup selector positions, there is no static. A while ago, it seemed like it would only happen sometimes, but now it happens all the time, and it sounds really bad. stressed Do you guys think you could help me with this? My thoughts are that it could be a pickup/wall outlet grounding issue, but im not too sure. Any help is much appreciated! Thank you so much guys!
