There are many people that charge 50K-300k ish.

I think you should start thinking about the different varieties of art you are able to provide?

like chibies, head shot, waist up, full body, more than one person, lineart, colored, blah blah, etc?

Then figure out the one that should be the easiest for you to do. After that you can decide how much you think that people would be willing to pay for it, and how much you wouldn't mind asking people to pay you for.

After that just keep moving up on the hard scale.

I hope that can help you a bit with the planning things out. (though its really simple and i'm sure everyone does that. XD)

But if I had to say... you're art shouldn't be priced under 30K. Maybe the simplest can be charged for 30K, the highest? Well it only depends on what is the hardest for you to do and how AWESOME it looks. XD
