Princess Mairi, I think it could add an interesting wrinkle to see a pregnant (though not hugely so, maybe 3 months) Zoe running around amid the action. How she manages to balance butt kickery and the babe inside her could be amusing.

I agree with OttB on this one. It could be interesting. But so could an actual baby. Which also adds the fun of crying and pooping and such things.

it might be interesting to see how the rest of the crew would react to having a baby on board smile i could so see mal being the doting father figure while the baby is smiling and freaking out and trying to find someone to rescue him when it starts crying or pooping

If there is a baby, it would be interesting to see the spin off of having to deal with a kid on that type of ship, setting, and environment. I personally think that id they do it, it's a support for character development and nothing more. Don't make it some prodigy child.

I'm with you on that O_K. If they ever introduced a kid into the story, it should be a fairly normal one for the setting. They'd have some knowledge of ships from growing up on one but that wouldn't make them a genius pilot or mechanic. Of course, as long as it's still a baby, that probably wouldn't be an issue anyway.
