Well I know: Armsmasters max at 1900
Managers max at 300
Cryophile max at 99
Areonauts max at 99
FireFighters max at 99

I'm looking for where the rest maxout to. If you don't have that info but know of an english site that does that would help.

My optional answer:

Well... I would give him a high lvl prinny to stand next to... Like Kurtis, for example... Then, I would have someone hold the camera (to distract him)... Then I would take another prinny... (Grabs one of Etna's prinnies) And...

Toss it over to Kurtis, and...

BOOM!

There you have it.

(Mao: 8.4 (Would have given a 9.6 if it was actually two heroes...)
(Gig: 6.0 (No coment)
(Zetta: 0 (A weakling strategy.)

(Punches Zetta to the moon)

(Priere: 10 (Exact duplicate of move)

I would simply have my vassals destroy him.(NOTE anyone who has ever played the game knows that it is way easier to level up majins than it is to level up Laharl.
