Wow! Can you believe that summer is almost over and school is about to start for a lot of you? Let's here it for the:
FRESHMANS, SOPHMORES, JUNIORS, AND SENIORS !!! Before I get to all the exciting things going on in our guild, allow me to ask something from each of you. Please take the time to add these four as friends D Integrity and Dreamed Integrity as well as Boldie64 and Madralyn. This will help us get newsletters and other mass notifications out to our members more quickly. Now on to what's happening in Dreamed Integrity!
Last month, we had only 3 people respond to the Rainbows of Hope. If you remember, you were to click on the hyperlink provided and post a rainbow in the forum; by doing so, you received a prize just for reading the newsletter! Madralyn wrote "I am simply blown away by the limited responses to this month's newsletter. It's almost as if everyone's on vacation!"After all the hard work that Boldie64, Madralyn, and the D.I. Custodians have put into this guild, we don't know what else to do to increase participation. Join Boldie64 and Madralyn in this month's special thread, What is Missing? to discuss the ongoing issue of getting members to participate. We have 90 (or so) members and approximately only 10 are participating. Once again, anyone who posts in this thread with suggestions will receive a prize just for participating!Let's Welcome our new members! Please take a moment to give a nice welcome to our new members this week and let them know we are glad they are here! Also, if you are a new member please take a moment to post in the Member Introductions and introduce yourself, so no one is over looked, thank you.

Most recently in the Hug Soft, Love Strong forum, a continuing support dialogue has begun in the Hug Soft, Love Strong thread~Moderator, Boldie64. Also, we've recently added Memories of a Pet to this forum.
Your request for role-plays have been heard and the RP Forum, currently called Basement Dwellers is now open!
The Debate Forum is up and running. Current debates range from Working Mothers vs. Stay at Home Mothers and John and Kate+8 and the Media's Role in their lives.
Contests and Guild Events: This month you can look forward to contests that involve our front page, Tektek, a forum Name, and more. If you'd like to see a special PM sent out with contest updates, please let us know by Voting Now

 The "lazy days of summer" are almost completely gone. Most kids are in school by now, and autumn is soon approaching.  Before we get to all the exciting things going on in the guild, allow us to ask something from each of you. Please take the time to add these four people as friends. This will help us get newsletters and other mass notifications out to our members more quickly.
D Integrity and Dreamed Integrity , as well as, Boldie64 and Madralyn. September is the transition from summer to fall and during this month you will see Dreamed Integrity making some transitions towards a more active guild. To do this, we need 2 things from our members:
1. Participation: We are asking you, our members, to vote as to whether lack of participation will in fact result in a ban. Please CLICK HERE to visit the poll and voice your opinions. A final decision will be announced in the October newsletter.
2. Beginning New Threads: Please take the time to read forum guidelines PRIOR to starting a new thread. If in fact, a new thread needs to approved, just send your idea to the forum moderator and they will give you the go ahead or help you to post it in a more appropriate forum.
We WANT your ideas, creativeness, and energy in our guild, please help us to make Dreamed Integrity a place where you like to visit when you are on Gaia.

"Hug Soft, Love Strong" is a continuing support dialogue for people who have chronic pain and actually, even though the thread is one of our newest, it has over 165 posts so far and it extends loving support for people who live with chronic pain.  Fun and Games is hosting many new and exciting games!  The Rolling Dice Game is taking the guild by storm! A gold prize is given to the person with the lucky number! Stop by the Fun & Games forum to find out how to play! Text Twist is another great game in this fun and savvy forum! It's a word game, so think of as many words you can within another word!You can find this and many other great games in the "Fun & Games" Forum. Please pardon the interruption of your regularly scheduled newsletter for this important message from your Captains. Check guild announcements and a possible mid-month newsflash to update you on Halloween events within in the guild. DI Members,
October has us looking towards 2010 and asking, "Where will Dreamed Integrity be?" As the success or failure of a guild is not equal to how much work a crew puts into it but, whether the members are actively participating. Currently our guild participation is at 18% and contests are only bringing in 6% of our members. This is very frustrating for those of us who want to see Dreamed Integrity be a successful guild!
We’ve decided to move forward with the concept of “less is more.” What that means is that Dreamed Integrity needs to be a guild of only members who really want to be a part of the guild and are actively participating on a regular basis. Having said this, we know that we have a number of students participating in the guild who are currently on hiatus because of homework and some of you have already sent a message to us letting us know – Thank You.
This month we will be sending out "warning notices" to those members who have joined our guild and still have not participated. If you are one of these members, please decide whether you will become active or whether you will "quit" our guild. If these members do not make the choice themselves, they will be banned.
This decision did not come easily for us and we've had numerous discussions regarding the matter. It's time to make changes that will help Dreamed Integrity be a participation driven guild whether we be a guild of 20 or 200 members.

XXXXXIt's with renewed excitement that we look forward to November, a month of reflection and thanksgiving, not to mention the good eating! But, before we look at what's going on this month, allow us to briefly share a bit about what happened in October.
XXXXXIn the month of October, about 1/2 of our membership was sent a warning notice regarding their lack of participation in our guild. Most of our now former members chose not to even respond to correspondence sent to them and while a handful chose to stay as active members, Madralyn banned all but two, who left on their own, on October 15th. This decision was not made lightly but was a necessary measure.
Our smaller size is a truer picture of those who want to be a part of Dreamed Integrity and already we are seeing an increase in member participation.
XXXXXOctober's Trick or Treat Event caught the attention of almost half of our guild in games of scavenging, dice rolls and costumed avatars. Although, we didn't award prizes for the Scavenger Hunt questions or for the elusive #13 in our Dice Roll, we did have 3 winners in our Halloween Avatar Competition.

Part of what we do in Hug Soft, Love Strong is encourage Dreamed Integrity members to become aware of community action or awareness quests run by DI Members. Knowledge is power, but it also can bring about compassion, empathy and understanding. Jump into The City Of Skyrim or The Legend of the village Novus Progantus Spes, our 2 on-going RPS. Feel like you'd like to be in an rp that's just ready to begin, then Krylik's "World of Myth" might be just for you! But, it doesn't stop here....if we haven't struck your interest with the story lines that have already begun, please submit your new ideas to Madralyn. Roleplaying is about spontaneity and fun. If you haven't roleplayed before, never fear, our more experienced players will help you get started and soon you'll feel as if you've been playing for years!   November's Scavenger Hunt, this time hosted by Boldie64. Inspirational Avatar Tektek with a Twist.(Contests and Events for the month of November will be announced via the Guild Announcement system.)
 In November, look for Madralyn to begin a new Booty Grab.Gamer's Hall is quiet and with the Holiday Season brewing, I expect more inquires about games and game systems.
Also, we've had requests to start ZOMG threads in the Gamer's Hall. Madralyn and XKightX will be working to add these topic threads during the month of November.Please take the time to add these four people as friends.
