I think a better question you should ask me is what instruments don't you play? I play, bass clarinet, clarinet, alto clarinet, tenor sax, recorder/ penny flute, kazoo, flute, trombone, piano, guitar, various battery, mallet instruments, hand drums, and I'm learning violin ^_^

I know Violin and Cello and have been playing for nearly eleven years. I also played around with the harp a bit, but I got distracted and haven't played in ages.
Although I have noticed that some people, no matter how hard they practice or how often, they simply can't play violin and cello. They sound horrible and most of the time they're learning simply for boasting rights.
I've taken lessons since the age of eight, taking a break only when my teacher died from cancer. After that I got a new teacher who was very strict.

I can play the ocarina, some keyboard. and, not to brag, but I can play a mean blade of grass cool I can also hambone, though thats not much of an instrument.... ^-^

I have failed to learn a wide variety of instruments. Let's see; piano, harp, smaller harp, guitar, proper voice training. I got furtherest in guitar. Which was odd, considering that I kept forgetting to practice so often that I couldn't develop a callus and had to make one ten minutes before I practiced by coating the pads of my fingers with superglue. It worked really well, I just had to make sure it was completely dry before I touched the guitar.
I'm interested in violin but it seems like an unwise investment for someone with my track record. The rest of the instruments my family had around.
