I apologize for my ignorance, as I have never been in a guild like this before, but I would like to ask a few things so I don't mess anything up.
When posting, do you go to the forum titled for the setting you wish to be? For instance, if I was in Han somewhere, but I wished to travel to Song, would I post about my first in the section of Han I was leaving from (to alert others), then on the Road From Han to Song and back, then finally in the Song forum?
If these are answered elsewhere, I apologize sweatdrop .

I don't think that's ignorance at all -- these are good questions!
I think that the method you've outlined above is certainly acceptable. Note also that there is a sticky thread dedicated to updating where your character is, titled "where everyone is at or is going." When you move your character from one location to another, even within kingdoms, post to that sticky so that interested players can see where your character has been and is going.

Also, when you just post your profile, will one of the guild mods will put 'Accepted' on it at a later time?

Yes -- VC level and higher have this capability. You should either see "Accepted" or a suggestion/recommended change in a reasonable period of time. smile

each character has powers that you picked personally, so in my opinion your powers are your musou in a way.
