I have made a list of most of the main characters from Dragonball Z/GT in strength order. I don't think you should include GT in these kinds of things. It was not totally created by Toriyama, therefore, shouldn't be included. But as far as DBZ goes, you are missing Vegitto, who was the most powerful person of DBZ by the end of the Buu saga. NOt to mention that you forgot Kid Buu (unless I can't see him)

Or mabye add Bardoc or mabye King Vegeta i know they'd probably be at the end and the weakest but it shows more completeness

The movies shouldn't count, because you can't work them into the story lines properly
