My favorite scene was the very end, where the tortured soul Cloud finds a reason to smile after havin saved the children.
Another scene i liked was when Cloud was goin up to face Sin Bahamut and all the party give him a boost up. That one scene carried so much symbolism of how Cloud changes throughout the film, he goes from bein a loner to workin with his friends to save the city. And it was a nice touch havin Aeris as the final member sayin "Ready?" before he rends Bahamut asunder!!
And the final fight with Sephiroth was bad-a** as well.
