Yes, this restaurant that is at Ria is just the top quality stuff all around, with AAA or five star rating system with even 100 percent cleanliness. This restaurant is when you are looking for some place to take your special sweetheart to that is not the traditional dinning hall in Ria. The top chefs you can find are in a wonderfully large kitchen in the back, as big or even possiably slightly bigger than the dinning area itself. When you walk in, you'll find it a bit romantic, but not too stuffy, it has a nice feeling from it no matter who the customer is. The scent from the kitchen would water anyone's appetite immdately and the tables are sleek and black with varying dark red and pure white clothes and cushy matching sleek chairs. There's framed art along the walls, and lighting changes into different colors depending on the time of day, often able to create a sun-set like feeling to a star-gazing feeling. There's also a balcony off to the end where three tables lay for those who wish to eat outside, but it's usually heavily reserved ahead of the time.
