They announced the English OVA for America (obviously). I can't remember any of the details, but I know they did. I'll try to find where I read it.

Quite a bit late with this, but as I said before they did announce an English version of the OVA, but I misread. It wasn't a dub. It's only subtitled and is now released in North America.
