My cousin (his name is ROBERT MARTIN!) is willing to read Austen. He's also willing to dance like Beyonce, but that's normal in our family. I'm just afraid he might not "get" the Austen language yet. The way Austen writes is, after all, very different from modern times.

Love Grigg first of all.
It was good because it doesn't just appeal to people who have already read the JA books but it convinced my friend to start reading them which is more than I could do.
(Although I don't know how well that task is going at the moment)

@wing1933: Yeah, there was more to the book. It was a little more sad, though, I thought. But, such is the case with films.
@[[Candy]]: Grigg is great. He's the perfect example of the propsed Decent Guy Conservation movement! Good luck with making your friend read JA!
