Do you want me to get started on that? And you should have people put the guild mule on their friend list so if you need to PM everyone at once you just have to send the mail through the friends list.

lpdietz06 Breaststroker24 Maybe we should have a mod PM people who aren't very active. I look through all the guild members and I see tons of poeple who havn't made even one post. They get accepted and then forget that they accepted or just post on a few threads then never come back. Thats a good idea. Yeah, I always try and make a couple post in all the guilds I'm in everyday. And I'm in a bunch of guilds too, so I think we should set up something saying to be active.

We need to get rid of all the repeat threads as well. We have three or more threads asking about times. Maybe we should make a sticky about times, and sticky the intro thread. That might help with all the repeat threads.

We should have an office type thead. It will say when people are going away for long swim meets, or vacation, and when they have finals to study for so if they aren't active, we know. Also we can have birthdays on the first few post so people feel more special xd We can call it the Swimming Office: Check in or Check Out whee

OK, the majority of the time threads are deleted. I stickied the most popular thread so this way we won't have anymore threads on times. I must have deleted about 5 of them confused
