The art was so intriging to Lindsey as she never seen it in a pattern like thaat, but she studied the tribal art until the captain had came up behind her. She didn't mind at all, as she nods. "Tribals are more my thing," she murmured, turning her face as she looked at Orianna with half-lowered eyes, the tip of her lips turned up. "You like?" she motioned, as her words had a double meaning.

The captain caught the double meaning of the elf's words and it made her smirk deviously. "I appreciate beautiful things when they come in my sight. And of course what is in my sight right now is very beautiful." She raised a hand and moved a few locks of hair from Lindsey's face. "You have a lot more going for you then you know."

In the back of her mind the merchant was wondering what this lovely elf would do if she ever learned of Orianna's past. Would she not care? Would she change her mind about the merchant? Ah but to dwell on such things never helped anything. For the moment she would just enjoy looking into those eyes and being close, for that was half the fun.

Lindsey merely looked at Orianna Sheridan with her eyes as she turned fully against the way. "Do I? It doesn't seem the case," she murmured to the captain's question, as she took a deep breath discreetly, her eyes trained on Orianna herself. She then moved her hand up to cover Orianna's whom was moving the black locks of her hair away from her alabaster face. "Orianna.. I don't take things half-way. Its either the entire way or nothing at all," she breathed softly.

A chuckle escaped Orianna as she smiled at the elf's reaction. "A woman after my own heart then. I never do any thing half way." She then soaked in the beauty before her. So young and full of life. Lindsey would out age her by a long time. Yet having spent only a small time with the raven haired woman had effected Orianna more then the past several years. "I will tell you right now that I will not leave the sea. And so far you have only known my lighter side. I can be most..." The captain pursed her lips trying to find a suitable word for her darker side. "...most ominous if pushed too far." It was a warning in case Lindsey didn't want to deal with that sort of person. Never anything half way and that meant being up front about herself.

"That.. I got no fear of," Lindsey murmured as she trailed her eyes over the irish lass. "I got a dark side myself. I killed before, I maimed and I enjoy it to an extent of protecting my people," she said truthfully as she looked at Orianna straight in the eyes with her own.

"It seems that we are very well suited for each other then. However what I did wasn't to protect anyone but my crew and sometimes just for their benifit. I am a harsh captain and I know it. That is the only way I keep my crew in line." Orianna was letting her irish accent seep back into her voice as she was still proud of her "glory days". She had always had rules about her ships and whenever one was broken she punished the perpurtrator to the full extent even if she liked them.

"Lindsey you have a spirit that calls to my soul. That doesn't happen often." The captain said with a steady voice as her eyes memorized the elf completely. "I like taking chances and I would be interested in taking one with you if you are willing."

Lindsey studied Orianna for a moment before she nods. She been waiting for the moment where she could travel the oceans with a partner that understood her completely to her soul. But the problem was that she was a human, not an elf, but something within her shouted to take this chance. She leaned in and took the first initiative, giving her a confident kiss before Lindsey looked at Orianna. "Got one thing.. I dont want the others to know and certaainly I get treated no more the same the others."

"I understand that completely." Orianna grinned after the kiss. "I wouldn't have it any other way. Now does this mean that you will join my crew with your brother or will you stay here while he goes to sea with me?" Her eyes danced with excitment for she felt like she might live again. Her mind already going over things she wanted to do with the perfectly toned body before her. But she would wait.

"The second choice, I assume but first I got to tend to my brother's lover before I commit myself fully to your business and to you of course," Lindsey said rationally as she looked seriously at Orianna.

Orianna nodded her understanding. She sort of got that idea when she asked the question but wanted to make sure. "Well then I shall wait for you." She smirked a little boarder at a idle thought. "I wonder what your brother's reaction is going to be when he finds out you are joining my crew as well."

"Itzel is too honorable to say anything different, he has found his place as I am finding mine with yours," Lindsey said that without blinking the entire moment.

"Nicely said. It is good to find someone that will actually understand my way of thinking." The captain said keeping her eyes locked with the elf. "Well there isn't much left to show you on the ship. Are there any questions you have for me?"

"Where do I sleep?" Lindsey asked the question boldly as she blinks, her eyes watching Orianna before she crossed her arms across her chest.

[ it would be funny if Itzel caught them locking lips XD ]

((yes yes that would be hilarious.))

"I think you will have a spot in a crew cabin however you are welcome to come to my quarters any time you wish." The merchant said as she ushered the young lady out onto the deck. "You will easily adapt I believe. We are all like family on this ship...well most of us anyways." It was her business face again since they were out where someone might see them. There was still a sparkle in her eyes though. "While we are in port feel free to stop by again."

"That.. I will do. I'll be here tomorrow before dawn sets," Lindsey said stoically as she went to collect Ceidiaes before she simply walked down to the wooden deck where she went to the land itself. Turning her head slightly, she just managed a slight smile before she head north to the isolated part of the island.
