yeah, I agree with him--we shouldn't wait forever for someone---just mold it into something that doesn't require him "at the moment"--and we'll see if one comes up later

Akila was crossing the street to her small apartament.Alone as usual.She unlocked the front door and went into the apartament building.She could hear her own footsteps...While she was climbing up the srairs she heard a very familier sound...music...It was the same song that her mysterious neighbour played every night since she moved in...slow...qentle...sad...She tried to find out who it was but her effords were all in vain.The apartament that she tought the music came from was always empty...
She unlocked the door of her apartment and went in...She felt cold and lonely...Very lonely...She went into her room - her little escape from the world.She looked at the walls - they were all written with messages to her parents, written with her own blood...She misses her parents a lot.She sighed and layed on her bed...She was tired, so very tired.Today wasn't so bad - a boy at school said "Hi" to her...he was kinda cute.Akila smiled.And fell asleep...

Sophie spoke to her self as she walked down the street toward her home, for now. "Today wasn't so bad. I talked to Akila--that was...fun. Who am I kidding, there is nothing that ever goes on in this place. LIfe is dull and boring." A woman about in her mid-tirties, turned to her with an odd expression on her face. Walking away, the lady glanced over her shoulder slightly before disappearing from view. "And people think I'm crazy...GREAT!" She stomped up the steps to her apartment, a sullen expression on her face. She opened the door and remebered what Akila had told her today. That someone was making strnge noises, or was it music? That it was playing in their apartment, well in the one in the middle of them both. Strange, isn't it? She dropped her belongings on the floor and spread across her bed.

"Uhhh...morning already?"Akila sighed as she opened her eyes. A thin ray of light was shining trough a small crack in her window. She got up quickly and got dressed. Today was some sort of secial day at school. As always she had forgotten what exactly and didn't actually care to find out. She dressed just as she did every other day - worn out jeans, torn just above the knees and a white shirt. She started brushing her long raven black hair when the door bell rang..."Argh it's still working! I thought I busted it for good last time..." It rang again. "Coming!" Akila screamed."If it isn't Sophie then I'm a cow!" she mumbled to herself. She liked Sophie, she was the only one who actually talked to her and wasn't afraid of "the freak"... She wondered if Sophie would be so friendly after she sees the bloody wall. "She'll just call me an emo or something..." Akila thought to herself. "No one could understend..." She sighed again and rushed to open the door...

Sophie found Akila opening the door and said "hey." Being the person she was, she walked past Akila and laid her bag down. She said to Akila while looking at the room around her, "Nice place. Can I take a look around?" Sophie looked at Akila with a intrested look.

Akila was trying to put even the faintest smile but she couldn't."Me and my big mouth"she tought.Sophie looking around ment Sophie seeing the bloody wall with the messages which was equal to the only friend she had - lost...She liked Sophie.She was everything Akila was not - happy, lively...And now..."Um...I would show you around but...its kinda messy right now..."that was the only thing Akila managed to say.Then she looked away...

"So....your saying yes or are you saying no." she said as she pushed a strand of hair out of her face. Akila was a strange friend. Always very enclosed within herself, almost the exact opposite of Sophie, herself. But they both fit into that 'strange' category. Besides, Akila was nice....yeah.

Akila sighed in defeat and looked directly at Sophie: "If you're sure you want to...and you are ok with the possibility of heart attack..." Akila paused and opened the door widely "...then come in"
