The young woman smiled warmly then nodded, soon sitting herself down near her new patient. "Yes, I'll help you." she then smiled warmly as she looked at Gaspard then wiped a tear away from his left eye.
"I just need you to calm down for a moment, okay?" She placed a hand over his leg, her palm glowing a cool blue to reside the pain before fixing up anything that was the cause of it.

 Responding immediately to the commands of the young woman who was taking his pain away, Gaspard's crying steadily declined to nothing when the aching in his leg at last faded to next to nothing. In reality, his wound hadn't been all that serious...just a sprained ankle from an over-excited jaunt towards Silabus...but the poor kid was so squeamish that he'd nearly had a heart attack thinking his leg to be broken. Only Silabus's insistence that he would bring help and his speedy return had kept him from seriously flipping out...if that wasn't exactly what he was doing before...
"Hey," Gaspard sniffed bravely, doing his best to smile up at his best friend and the girl next to him. A strange glint in his eye, though, told Silabus that the rascal was more than better already. "Thanks a lot, Miss Kokoro! You're really good at this! And cute, too!" The lad chuckled a little, childishly, as he began to wiggle his already healing ankle around beneath the soothing warmth of Maigo's magic. And in spite of himself, Silabus couldn't help but return the grin.
"Don't embarrass her, Gaspard," Silabus rubbed his friend's head affectionately, before taking the chance to stand and stretch in the dusty streets of Rukon. The crisis had been averted, and he was thrilled to see Gaspard cheering up so quickly. It was true that seeing the boy happy brightened his spirits considerably. Nevertheless, he did feel a little sheepish now that after the fact, he had brought a Captain of the 13 Protection Squads all the way out to the Rukon Districts to treat such a minor wound. He'd have to apologize to Maigo before she went back...but for now he simply watched the young woman as she tended to his pleasantly plump pal.
'I can't believe how quickly she was able to calm him,' Silabus noted with a calm smile quirking his lips. 'No doubt about it, she's a natural.'

"You two really speak your minds, don't you!" laughed the healer, the very action giving off a wonderful smile on her tanned face. When Maigo was about to finish up, she couldn't help but give out another smile at how these two were in showing their obviously close friendship.
She gave off a closed lipped giggle. "Your ankle wasn't that much in bad shape, huh?" she said when she noticed Gaspard wiggling his joint. The glow from the healer's hand faded and trailed back in her arm to hide. "It was only a minor sprain, but be careful next time, alright?" Maigo smiled to Gaspard with a show of care in her scarlet eyes then stood herself up and readjusted the white fur of her coat to cover most of the shoulder.
"Okay, I'm about done now. Get up and test your ankle." She offered Gaspard her hand to help him up.

Following her orders, Gaspard climbed to his feet hesitantly, before breaking into a huge grin and running in a circle excitedly. Pumping a big, white-gloved fist in the air, he laughed out loud as he played about on his freshly-healed ankle.
"Hey! Yaaaay! The pain's really gone!" the pink boy cheered, before stopping and winking at the young woman who healed him. "You're a really awesome healer! I bet you're the best in ALL the Seireitei!" he complimented, not remembering that Silabus had introduced her as such. Speaking of the green-clad boy, he laughed to himself as he watched his friend up and playing again, but did not hesitate to warn him."Be careful, Gaspard! You don't want to fall and hurt yourself again, do you?" the young man reminded his friend, causing Gaspard to nod and relax a bit at the side of the duo who had come to his aid. Still, he couldn't help but grin at the scene before him, before turning to Maigo with that same carefree smile on his lips. "Thank you, Miss Kokoro. I really can't tell you how much I appreciate you coming out here." He dropped his voice a little then so that the celebrating Gaspard wouldn't hear.
"And I'm sorry for bringing you out here for such a minor injury," Silabus laughed, scratching his head nervously, "Gaspard really is a great kid, but like I said, he doesn't deal with pain very well."

The young woman smiled then waved a hand. "Oh, no no, it's no problem at all!" she said, not really minding it. "It doesn't matter if it was fatal or not, an injury is an injury." She pulled the fur line closer to her, holding onto it to keep it in place.

"I'm glad..." Silabus let out a short breath at her answer, and looked as if he were about to say more when Gaspard tugged on his hand with a wide-eyed smile. "Gaspard?"
"Hey Silabus! I'm gonna go back home now and have some dinner...wanna come with me?!" the boy asked excitedly, his stomach already rumbling in a silly display hunger. The young man couldn't help but laugh at his childish companion, earning a hardy laugh from Gaspard as well.
"Didn't you already eat dinner, Gaspard?" he inquired lightly, already knowing the answer since he had been there with him at dinnertime. To that the pink boy giggled and blushed a little...most likely because he was caught red-handed in front of Maigo. Raising an eyebrow, Silabus waited for the boy's response while holding back his own laughter.
"I'm a growing boy, Silabus! I need all the nourishment I can get!" was the triumphant response of his younger friend, before the lad began trotting off through the streets of Rukongai. As he got a few steps away he turned back and called to Silabus. "I'll see you later, right?!"
"Sure thing, buddy!" Silabus agreed, giving a thumbs up to the retreating form of his younger friend. Once out of sight, Silabus sighed away the last of his laughter and turned back to the young woman at his side with a friendly smile. "So, what can I do for you?"

"Hm?" Maigo looked over at Silabus with a questionable face, tilting her head slightly at his question. "What, for payment?" she asked then smiled, waving her hand again. "There's no need!"

"Then don't think of it as payment!" Silabus smiled, reaching into his pocket to produce two thin slips of laminated paper. Extending his hand, he placed them into her palm and retracted his hand before she could refuse him. "Think of it as a gift from a friend!" Giving her a playful wink, the young man began walking back towards Jidanbo and the Gate, intent on walking the young woman back to her Division before going on his way.
"Come on! I bet they're all waiting on you back there," he teased, unable to repress the giggles that threatened to overtake him. "You don't want to keep them waiting, do you?"

She looked at the gift that was given to her then back up at Silabus, soon giving another tilt of her head at his sudden giggling. But, she then gave off a smile then went to him, strands of her raven hair waving by her movement in the cold air. She felt this overflowing joy and pride within her that she helped someone out, and it brought a cheerful smile upon her pinkish lips.
"Thank you, but are you sure? You don't have to walk with me," said Maigo, not wanting to take up more of his time than needed. Though, she was thankful for the offer.
