SugarBeat_Angel Hey! I don't always commit jisatsu... Without good reason... I'm not Emo or anything... I just feel the need to end my life when something utterly tramatic occurs. And since it isn't permanent here... It's kinda fun. But not to be attempted if you are without friends or Phoenix Downs... *slaps on disclaimer* Disclaimer Remember Kids: It's never ok to commit suicide or engage in the act of attempting suicide... Or even cutting. (i.e.) Self inflicting pain is bad. Don't hurt yourself... Love yourself! If you don't, who else is going to? Neither should you help assist those who wish to commit suicide. It's against the law so be cool like SBA and the other mods... Don't play with knives, guns, pills, fire, or anything else that may cause permanent harm to yourself or others...

SugarBeat_Angel Unless you do it within reason... wink Hehe, that was a good ending to that disclaimer. I think the real moral differences between whether or not to inflict pain on yourself (or encouraging others to do it) is the mindset, intent, and reason for it. If you hate yourself and feel you deserve the pain, that's bad and should never be done. Instead, you should find reasons to like yourself. If, instead, you enjoy the pain and are doing it for the pleasure because you feel you're a good person who deserves the pleasure... well, then, that's okay. Though, of course, it does have to be within reason. Have to be safe and know your limits and make sure to only do such things with a person you trust. I know all this might sound a little "TMI," but I feel it's much better for people to hear about these things in the right context, rather than simply discover them and possibly go about them in a totally wrong way.
