The five doors react to the vials, and one even crumbles under the attack.
Within the crubled door, there is a single bust with a sword on top of it. Across the room is a stick stabbed into the wall, and to either side of the door, is a line of clay soldiers , about 6 feet tall each.

"bingo. now lets see...fireballs and golems."
His eyes locked on the blade. so close now. he could hear it calling to him. wanting him to reclaim it. he took one step into the room, eyeing the statues..and that stick..one hand on Ebon, though it shook with the need to have Malvolence back again. he looked and knelt down on the floor, trying to see if there was any kind of weight difference in the statues, if one was a bit heavier than the others..the living one. and looking to see what might trigger the fireball he'd been warned about.
"This is too easy. there's something else here there has to be...or they just don't know the power of the blade."

Nothing happens, their is no weight difference, and the stick does not seem to be triggered by any counter wieghts.
A slight buzzing sound can be heard, but that was there from the moment the door opened, as though that sound had always been in that room.

He frowned llightly..and took two of his lockpicks..and skidded one across the floor toward teh sword, and the other through the air at the blade itself. that buzzing was also starting to get annoying.
"Come on. show me something. I really would prefer not to make a mad dash across this place."
He was twitching slightly, spasms in his hands and neck. the blade was taunting him, so close. but right now just out of reach.

Both lockpicks were unencumbered by any force, as the natural laws of physics set against them, and they came to no harm. The one tossed at the blade bounced off harmlessly.
The light buzz continued, and nothing moved. The dust was still uninterrupted everywhere, except for where the picks had disrupted it, and Malik's own movements had blow in around.

Malik grumbled, but just now noticed all the dust..and decided to cross teh room..but gripping the statues, and walking on thier feet, lest teh dust itself be a tigger to something..and using Ebon to tap the statue next in line, in case it came to life to grab the blade.
"Damned Koada'Dal wizards. never can trust them...anymore than you can a Tier'Dal wizard. but at least a Tier'Dal would stab you in the chest..not in the back."

Still, nothing happened. The statues remain statues, the dust remains mostly untouched, the sword stays on the pillar, and the stick in the far wall.
The eerie quiet surronds the lone individual, as the only sounds that would comfort him is his own voice, his foot steps, and the sound of his sword tinkering on clay.
The statues were shapped as warriors, each held a spear, each wore a sword. The stick was elaborate, yet simple, like a gnarled staff.

Too quiet. where was the buzzing sound? he stepped from one statue to teh next...eyeing the staff like wood..but keeping the tapping of the statues. so far none seemed alive. maybe it had been the other side. then the pillar, and the blade..so eager to grasp it. he started to sweat, being so close...and gently place his hand on the pommel to see if there was a reaction to touch...and considered a swap. switching out Ebon for Malvolence was a very good trade to him.
"Come to me, my love..give me your strength again, and your voice. I've missed you so.."

At the touch of the blade, the gnarled staff burst, sending a fire ball straight at the pillar. The sound of a heavy footstep appeared from behind as the clay golum activated, and walked toward the pillar, baring its weapon on the foolish creature dumb enough to touch the forbidden sword.
The fireball exploded just before the clay golum was in range of its blast, followed by its charge at the infiltraitor.

Pheaura was soaked. A huge storm had blown in. But it didn't even slow her down. She came upon a cave, she could see from the entracne that firelight playfully danced inside. She crouched low and almost crawled to the entrance. She found what she was looking for. Taig was inside practicing different spells with his new power. She stood in front of the entrence. A flash of lightening went off in the background lighting up her silhoutte.
Taig looked up. A sneer crossed his noramlly beautiful and perfect features. "Come to play again have we? He stood up and reached for his scimitars. "You had to get a child to help you last time. This time will see your death."
Pheaura pulled out her scythe. "My death," she easily mocked him, "I think you may be wrong. He charged her then, but she easily side stepped and sent him flying into the mud. She smiled and stood over him. "I told you this time would be different."
Taig got to his feet. He growled low in his throat. Nothing was going to stop him. He charged Pheaura again going for her right ribs then quickly moved to hit her left. He was skilled with his blades. She continued to dance after her, she just barely evading everyone of his strikes with a dodge or a parry. She began to frusterate him. He decided that he had played enough with this angel and became more serious. Each strike was more deadlier than the last. He kept slicing a way, his blades were whiling so fast that no one could see them.
Pheaura had to keep out manuvering him to stay alive. She didn't know how much longer she'd last. She could feel the heat off one blade as it came dangerously close to her skin. In the next instant searing pain as the other blade sliced down her arm. She went down hill from there. She took injuries to her legs, chest and back. Her silvery blood poured out of her in pools. The more she fought, the weaker she became. She moved slower and got injured even more. She fell back in the mud close to death. Her breathing came in rasps. She gathered some energy and thrust Taig back with her mind. SHe concentrated more while he was down. She spawned fire before, this time she had a target. She conjured her fireball and let it loose.
Taig sat up in the mud and shook his head. He forgot what a powerful mind his rival had He grimaced and reached for his blades. Only one was close enough for him to grab in a second. That would have to do for now. He grabbed his scimitar and crouched. A second later he had used his powerful leg muscles to propell himself into the air. His wings shot out if his back. Black feathers fell with the rain. He was too late though, he got a fire ball in the chest that had him back down. Thats when he felt the pulling on his soul
Pheaura worked as fast as she could to untangle Aura's essence from Taig's essence. She pulled Aura's into herself. Pheaura wove her own essence around Aura's for protection. She got to her feat and felt a new power inside of her. She knew the moment that Taig got up he would be ariel; she didn't hesitate to make her own wings appear in rain of...chorcal gray feathers. She knew what the power was. She had stored some of Taig's essence when she got Aura's.
Taig rose to his feet, his skin was adly burned, but it didn't matter he could still move. Something was not right, though. Aura's power, her essence was gone from his body. He glared at Pheaura and took check of the wings. Some of his essence was gone as well. As Pheaura predicted Taig lauched himself in the air. He noticed that Pheaura was close behind. He stopped to take swings at her. He moved extretmly fast.
Pheaura did her best to dodge and parry some more. She ducked a slice to the head here blocked a jab to the ribs there. She was surprised for she inherited Taig's speed when she took part of his essence. The grin on her face became malicious. It was her turn to play offense as well as defense. She started with a feint to the neck, then quickly she went to the legs. She got flesh. Her grin widened as his black blood spilled over like thined tar. She kept at it. For every stroke he gave her, she got one in return. Finally she turned him around quickly with her mind and sliced of his wings.
Taig was surprised by the intesity of Pheaura's attacks. He blocked and dodged as best he could, but he fell.He saw his doom right before his eyes. Time seemed to slow down as he fell. The ground slowly got closer to him. He hit the mud face first. He didn't even bounce. The next thing he felt was a toe in his side, right where Pheaura had sliced him. It was her toe. She had used it to flip him over on his back. He smiled at her knowing that whatever happened this would not be the end. He watched as she rasied her scythe, he flet the cold steel enter his breast and pierce his black heart. He saw the vicorious smile on Pheaura's face. "I give my soul to you Lucifer. I give it unto the darkness to use to your desire," his voice was barely a whisper and he knew Pheaura could not hear him.
She stood over him and watched him die with a smile upon her delicate face. It was over and Aura could be back and whole. She thanked the heavens for thair help. She thanked Azaireal for his guidence. She watched Taig die. She toed his body a bit to make sure he was dead. She took to the air then and flew back to her home. SHe set herself down in front of the manor and shook as much water as she could from her wings. She pressed her weight against the door to throw them open. A single step inside was all she was allowed for she had no strength left. She collapsed on to the floor struggling to for breath.

"Son of a b***h!"
He grabbed the sword, and attempted to rip it from the pillar..and wether or not he got it, he moved to hide behind it hoping the fireball woudln't roast him. And lord knows how Innorruk's cauldron he was going to deal with that Golem.
"I really hate wizards."

THe fire ball exploded around Malik, roasting most of his flesh, as the blade was senecerly stuck in the pillar.
Did I forgert to mention that they used sovern glue to attach the blade to the pillar, and the blade was the trigger... DO NOT CROSS ME MALIK
The golum walked up to Malik, and slamed the spear against his head.
((Else where in the manor))
Urieal stood over the swooned angel and smiled. He knelt beside her and kissed her on the brow, and then picked her up. The angel walked with her in his arms to the infirmerary, where he placed her on the bed. Urieal smiled as he began to pray over her body, bring back some of its vitality and strength.

Pain. and lots of it. the smell of burnt flesh, his own..he coudl barely move. then the spear upside his head. what he had left he used to wield Ebon, in an attempt to sever the golem's lower half from it's upper half..before trying to shove the pillar over on it. if her could break enough of it and just drag the blade with part of the pillar attached he would.
"Wretched spectre of a psion. You don't know what this blade means! if Cymarron gets his claws on it..or any of them master it..they'll be far more deadly to you than just the elf alone."
He stumbled, half blinded from the fire, spitting up blood from a roasted lung.
"Fenix, help me. if I fall, you'll fall. all it takes is for him to comsume my flesh and they'll know everything I do!"

Then perhaps you should think about how you ahve failed me, and no, there will be no flesh consumed. You saw what I did to my other puppet.
The sword hit the clay golum hard, but the sharpe edge did nothing to the monster. The spear came down again.
Did you forget clay golums can only be damaged by blungeting them? Fenix laughed as the dark elf was tortured by the continueing attacks. But then the golum crumbled to dust. If I didn't need you to provide me with an army, I would have let it kill you. Now take the pillar and your sword and go.
The pillar became incredibly light, as though something was lifting for Malik.

Pheaura looked to Urieal and smiled her thanks, then she noticed her wings. She tucked them away again. "I am falling," she muttered knowing exactly what the change of colour in her wings ment. She would no long ber in Azaireal's favour, nor any of the other angels. She wasn't even sure if Urieal would stay by her side. He was so pure, and she was not tainted.
