1. A) Ruining your lungs? Yes, but not even a fraction of the percent that gets ruined by smoking cigarettes. And 75 percent of the population smokes cigarettes. I don't see you standing in front of a liquor store waiting for people with a pack of cigarettes to come out, so you can tell them how stupid what they are doing is.
B) Smoking pot does not ruin your brain cells. Only beer/alcohol kills brain cells. THC (which the chemical compound found to make you feel high) begins to collect gradually in your synapse. In case you didn't know, your synapse collect information and send it to your thinking process. The build-up of this chemical compound, causes your synapse's reaction time to slow down. It takes longer for the information to reach the right part of your brain. However, this does not mean that you are killing brain cells, or even damaging them. As a matter of fact, studies have shown that the speed at which your synapse travel can decrease, without regular stimulation of the mind. Regardless of your smoking orientation.

2. Wasting money is wasting money. Whether you are purchasing clothes, food, music, trips, cigarettes, hentai, anime, cell phone bills, donation letters, weed; you are still spending money. You have no right to say that wasting money on one thing is less stupid than another.

3. You can be arrested and go to jail. This is true, if and only if, you have enough marijuana that can be concidered "Posession of An Illegal Substance With Intent To Sell." Which means that you have to have over an OUNCE on you at the time.
