She lifted her head from the ground to look at ariku-san a blush across her face from the embarassment of her outburst.
" Other than completely embarassed I'm fine I jsut wanted to ask Shagatsu-sama about the occult and hallow's eve. I got excited hearing Tora-san talk about it in the okiya and thoguht I should ask shagatsu-sama."
She sat on her knees now quiet and shy.

Ariku thought a second. "Yes. That must be interesting.. But I'm not sure where Shagatsu ran off to..." she said looking around.
"But, why don't you share what Tora-san told you. I would love to hear about it.. I have always been fasinates by the occult." she said blushing a bit at her odd interest.

She looked at her and smiled. " actually tora-san was talking to one of the other girls and i was listening form outside in the garden. But she talked about how children dress up and go house to house asking for treats and how it was very cute." Yuri's eyes sparkled like a kid in a candystore.
" i just really want to know what it's all about I was raised by a priest so I never was allowed to get involved in activities of the occult." She smiled very brightly.
" I just want to know how it is. I feel like i'd enjoy going from door to door asking for treat I could dress like a geisha or maybe like my mother since she was a full kitsune demon. I heard she was very beautiful ."
she sounded so childlike wanting to be like her mother and go from house to house for treats like they do in the west.

Shagatsu stepped from shrine with a grin. "All hallows eve? An excellent time, to say the least. You came to the right person, I have studied most areas of the occult." He said with another large grin. "All Hallows Eve was originally a pagan celebration, but was later turned into a holiday for children. All Hallows Eve is the day before All Saints Day which is why you dress up to celebrate the dead before celebrating the Saints the next day."
"It is very fun if you have a good costume, please, let me know if you do go."

"Well.... everything would take years to learn, but maybe I can impart some knowledge." He said with a grin. Shagatsu sat upon the grass and began talking of begining of religeons.

Ariku sat quietly and listened. She had always celebrated Halloween back home. Since her mom loved the American tradition she had comed to love when she had lived in America.

Yokohana walked up and smiled seeing one of the maiko she's seen at her class, nodding she sat down to stop for a rest. Just listening lightly to the sounds around her.

Yokohana staid silent as she stood up turned, bowed, and turned away walking of. Not minding the conversation being something she was left out of, there were still many things for her to be doing any ways.
