Um, I am a crew(not a very good one, though crying ) I havent been on in nearly half a year (sorry) gonk And... you cant trust me to be as active as I used to be. I still, however, have the most posts (YaY!) I barely go on Gaia anymore, due to being robbed of my everything. How is everyone, new and old? JEEEEE!!!! How can i EVER forget u?? Thank GOD u came back!!! Welcome back!! I havn't been on for a while too.... so much homework now... xP Totally! Plus, there's so much happening and its just ARGH! We go back to school in 3 days... Yay us here in New Zealand. And glad that you remember me! Missed you heaps! Wow, this cafe went far, I'm so happy!

freakyishly thin. U'r lucky. my arm's thin too, just not like FREAKISHLY thin.. i HATE my legs.. they're like FREAKISHLY fat. (well... not THAT fat.... just... fat.) xD Mine is really big, but people think that big thighs are fat. Its one big muscle with a teeny layer of fat really. Stiffen your leg, and squeeze the flabby bits. Its fat.

Don't diet! When you diet, you eat less than you normally do and if you undereat, your body starts producing survival fats. D=

Eating very small amounts of healthy food every two or three hours can help with fat loss and boost your metabolism. That's my 2 cents worth.
