Sevi Rais Really Rayi? Usually Sunday's and Saturday's are pretty boring and uneventful. No one is here. crying Psh, I'm never here. lol Sunday evenings are always eventful in the Avatar Arena subforum; it's when the winners are announced each week. gonk

Dammit!! North Korea just launched it's 6th missile towards Japan and landing them in the Sea of Japan.
Why the hell hasn't the japanese government announced a national emergency in case they do launch missiles to Japan?! D:
It just shows the lack of readiness and preparation for such an attack.
The only thing they're going to do is block financial transactions with North Korea. Also, they're going to block all ships coming to Japan from North Korea. That's not going to save people's lives.
The long range missile failed miserably and fell into the Sea of Japan. That one was meant to go over Japan towards the US. Let's see what the Security Council does and how North Korea will react to the international communities outrage over the missiles.

I would think more people would be safe/there would be less deaths if missles were launched and everyone stayed put gonk

Well, people can be prepared to die? D:
There is no national emergency plan in case it does happen so most likely, panic and chaos will ensue. People would want to go home if it occurs during the day.
Now that Japan is going to strike "financially" back at North Korea, I wonder if they might really launch missiles here. >.<

That's not going to save people's lives. Sounds like a blockade similar to the Cuban Missile crisis (USA quarantined Cuba). It's a rather weak approach but what can they do? They have some psycho running the country throwing bombs everywhere. He doesn't care about his people, nor does he seem to care about what he's doing AT ALL. He wants to be killed. That is the only explaination I can come up with. Korea must know what they are doing will GET them killed. No one launches missiles and thinks it's all for show. I think Kim wants to show that he's not scared using nukes... More like a small country trying to flex their muscles...

The part of me that would totally 'hit that' in the case of l0cke's pixels is delighted.
