She slept soundly though was troubled with thoughts going through her mind. Old memories and new ones clashing to confuse her more. She found herself waking though wasn't sure after how long seeing him there. She assumed from how he seemed that he were sleeping and smiled lightly. She didn't wish to feed on him. Not when she knew she were already changing. She sighed heavily soon slipping from the bed doing her best not to disturb him. She then made her way to the entrance of her home and sitting at the edge putting her feet in the water. She wanted to dive right in, but seeing her appearance was back to her natural born one from when she turned, doubted it would be wise. She didn't feel a need to worry him more anyhow. She chuckled silently to herself realizing a demon was worried over her, it was about as silly as a siren in love with anything but the water and the kill. She closed her eyes remembering why she had become a siren and knew the fear was still there. The fact that she was pretty was the only thing that had saved her, not that she knew she were then. "Kaodin, what do I do?" She waited but the water didn't change as it had in the past. She figured even her maker was now gone knowing sirens were a dying race in general.

 I haven’t found a lock yet…
She smiled nodding. "I don't need to, but I will thank you." She knew she was being stubborn but was sure he wouldn't mind this kind. She looked back as he would shake his head to her laughing knowing well after the day he wouldn't want her to. "My dear Kokaru, I may look frail and weak, but I'm tougher than it seems. This thing back here, just a scratch." She knew he didn't want to argue by how he moved and his comment of the couch and would sigh. As the reptiles returned she would help, though not as much as she would have liked, but knew little things he needed like the handing of tools and such he couldn't argue with. And only when needed she would help with holding something. She wanted to help. This was their home, it was only right that she help in the building of it.

Orion woke as she slipped out of bed and would wait a few minutes before crawling out of bed himself and going to look for her. As he found her by the entrance he was in time to hear hear ask someone what she should do. He would remain silent half expecting someone to answer and when no one did he would walk over and sit next to her. "Who were you asking for advice?" He questioned and noticed that she was in the appearance of her natural born self. "Is there a way for you to return to being a siren if you don't like being mortal? I can live with you even if you don't have emotions you know." He told her feeling that he had made her do something in which she hadn't wanted to do.
"Now I live life the reckless way."

He figured she would help no matter what the threat he made so left it be simply shaking his head as she told him she was strong. "Strong or not Chiru dear a slow acting poison which could have been on the blade will show signs later and kill faster. Scratch or not poison if used would still be in your system." He told expressing what he was truly worried about but would leave her be as she helped. The building process went by slower than he wanted but would shrug it off as he placed the last of the roof and secured it down. Now he just had to cut the door to get into the room inside the cabin and would wait till there was furniture in it to do so. He sat down on the roof and stared off at the setting sun over the ocean and smiled. A thought came to mind and he summoned her in his arms to watch it with him. "I wish you would listen to me a bit better sometimes Chiru. If I lose you I will be alone and before you say anything about Jasper I hardly know him. I love you Chiru and although I say it often I feel I could never truly show you how much I do." He told her as he held her on his lap watching the sun set.
"So I will live it without hesitation."

She turned as Orion had joined her and shook her head. "It doesn't matter, they're probably gone like most the other natural sirens." Her voice was soft as i once was and looked to the water as he asked if there was a way to go back. She moved the water a bit making it swirl about the small pool before them and lifting from the surface. "There is, but, you wouldn't be able to live with me if I were to truly go back. I would become heartless once more and see you as someone to feed on and fill basic desires. I would kill or leave you as a full siren once more." She let the water do as it would once more and sat there still looking to it. "I was calling Kaodin, my maker. When he found me, he gave the the choice to die or become like him. He hid nothing from me, probably told me more than he should have about what it was to be a siren. I didn't care, I wanted it all gone. To stop feeling emotion, or anything else. He told me at some point, all those not born a siren will either become a monster in time and die at the hands of mortal men, or return to the mortal they once were with the memories and the remorse of what being a siren meant. Some, it only takes years to become either or. She sighed before moving to get up still half asleep. She figured she needed more rest before the emotions would make her think more. she would pause though at the entrance way knowing he would hate this. "I'm not feeding on you. If you go on your quest, you will need your strength. If I were to feed on you, I have no will right now for restraint and it would kill you. I chose to be mortal again and accept the prices that come with it." She moved from the entrance and headed back to the room. Once she crawled into the bed she would curl up shutting off as much as she could of the newly found emotions running through her.

She nodded though sighed knowing he was right. she did have little way of knowing if the blade was or not. She'd let the discussion drop still only helping so much before heading in to start on a dinner for them. She had just put some in the oven when he called her to him and smiled resting against him. "I'm too stubborn dear, though I'm getting better." She kissed him lightly turning a bit so she could see better. Her back now resting against his chest before she moved to hold his arms around her. "I don't think they would poison that blade. They need it and me to do that stupid ritual for my magic right? I remember my grandfather telling me things like that, that involve objects usually have to be clean of anything or else the magic and spell will change. I haven't felt any different, and I was using some of my magic to attempt healing. She didn't want to upset him more than he may have been and leaned back to him a bit more. "I love you too Kokaru, and no I don't want to lose you either. And you can say it as much as you want, I know you love me. All the proof is right here, every time you hold me." She smiled looking out at the sky and the water. "Dinner is in the oven. Second attempt at this lamb thing. Hoping it's not charred like the first time I cooked for you."

He listened to her and debated on if he should embrace her or not. As she explained she could go back but would turn heartless he would think on it a bit. When he was about to tell her she could change back if she wished to she would continue to explain who she had been calling. When she told him that she was told she may return to being mortal once more he would think on it. Not sure what to say exactly as she told him she refused to feed on him. At first he wanted to argue with her about it some more but would stand and follow her to the bedroom. "I will leave it as your win for now love I won't make you feed on me." As she curled up he would look at her and smile climbing into bed and wrapping his arms around her from behind. "What you say we do something to get your mind off of things?" He questioned as he kissed her neck playfully hoping to brighten her mood a bit since she seemed mostly confused and saddened.

"I know you're stubborn and though I dislike that about you I still love it as well. Because without your stubbornness I am sure you would have been dead by now." He told her as he returned her kiss letting her re-position herself to rest her back against his chest and hold his arms around her. "I don't know for sure what it is your brother needs to do and I don't wish to find out either cause the thought of using you for such a thing angers me greatly. You are really getting better with your magic and you thought you didn't have any. I would say if we were to compare your magic to mine with in the next two or three years you will be stronger than me in it." He told her as she leaned back against him some more and he kissed her cheek lightly. As she told him she loved him he would squeeze her lightly happy to hear it although he had known she did for a while now. He would smile and kiss her neck lightly as she said the proof he loved her was every time he held her. "Is it really? What makes you say that love?" He questioned curious as to why she thought that. As she told him dinner was in the oven and they were having lamb he would smile. "I am sure it will be fine love you have gotten much better at cooking you would have made our mother's proud." He told her as he rested his head lightly against her's.

She Nodded thankful he had just listened and would let her have this one. She really was afraid that she would kill him if she fed on his life force. When he moved to hold her in bed she would sigh contently. She turned into him as he kissed her neck but would chuckle at his comment of doing something. "You know, once I become mortal again fully, I won't be able to switch mating on and off. The possibility of coming with child, assuming I survive in this form, will be greater." She smiled lightly kissing him tenderly. She was still a good part siren and wouldn't deny her lover if he wished her.

She smiled knowing it had saved her at times. She listened as he spoke about her brother not sure other than he wanted their family's magic. She let it be knowing it bothered him. She smiled lightly as he stated she was getting better at the magic. "I assumed where my brothers were tested and nothing came of it, that I would be just like them, having no magic. When you started to teach me it was hard having no idea what I was doing, or even feeling it. When you were dying, I don't know what happened. I knew I didn't want to live without you in my life and it was like a lock opening in my mind. I didn't know what I was doing, I just went with my gut and hoped for the best." She held his arms tighter still not sure how it had all happened but was thankful. She laughed about the cooking and nodded feeling his hear rest against hers. She just sat there with him trying to be mindful of the time as they watched the scene before them.

He smiled as she sighed contently as she held her and would turn to him as he kissed her neck. As she spoke he would listen and smile as she told he she wouldn't be able to switch mating on and off. "Hun, we may have mated on our first night and several times since then but, that doesn't mean I can't go without." He told her with a smile and would think about it when she would mention a child. "As for the possibility of a child doesn't bother me either as long as it is our's. And you will survive in this form Lorana my love." He told her with a smile as he returned her kiss and pulled her closer to himself as he was happy her mood seemed to be changing for the better.

Lorana was happy he didn't care what she would choose, either mortal or siren. She knew going back to being a siren, she would lose everything. She would lose him, and turn to the monster she had almost become years before. She smiled as he pulled her close and held him tightly a moment. She looked to him a moment more kissing him softer. "I do love you Orion. It is why I chose this over remaining as a siren." She would kiss him more and let the evening take them where it would, sleeping soundly a bit after their play.

As you use your magic more you will gain a better understanding of it as well. I couldn't live without you in my life either hun." He told her as she held his arms tighter while he rested his head against her. While they sat there he enjoyed there time. "You know Chiru I think I could just sit up here like this with you in my arms forever. I am content with our life and happy that we can be together like this." He said aloud as he turned her a bit and kissed her tenderly holding it for a few moment before pulling back to smile at her. "How long ago you put dinner in?" He questioned her as to try and prevent it from burning because she wanted to retry making it for him.

As she held him tightly he would smile at her as she looked to him and return her kiss. When she told him she loved him and that was the reason why she chose this over remaining a siren his smile would grow larger as he squeezed her a bit tighter. "I love you as well Lorana. That is why I chose to go back to my old body. I knew how much it hurt you to share me." He told her returning her kiss and beginning their play.
After their fun he would fall fast asleep with her in his arms not moving through the night. He would eventually wake in the morning to her still curled up in his arms and kiss her lightly hoping not to wake her with it. As she slept a bit more he would smile happy to see her seeming somewhat happy in her sleep.
