*deflects Nari's blow then throws a back sweep, ready to demonstrate some fancy foot work* ((think of something similar to one of Kilik's fancy graple attacks from Soul Calibur 2))

((Hm, haven't played SC2, but I think I can imagne))
Nari jumped back to avoid the sweep and put up her staff in defence.

*attempts to knock Nari's staff out of the way then goes for an upward horizontal thrust to Nari's chin, again preparing for another throw*

Nari lost the grip on her staff and saw it fly over her head, the next thing she knew she was flat on her back, her chin and tounge hurting. She blinked and gasped for air.
"Ooow..." she placed her hand on her chin. It hurt. She felt a metallic taste in her mouth, and she turned her head to spit, to get rid of the awful taste. She blinked as she saw blood on the ground where she had spat, and she carefully touched her tounge with her fingertip, it became red.
"I think I bit my tounge...." she said slowly.

*without stoping, heals her tounge, just before exicuting her attack, the trust to the chin, then a sweep to the legs, followed by a vertical strike, to knock her on her back* I healed your wound this time, but remember, don't lose your focus when you get injured in the middle of a match

Nari concentrated and in a puff of blue smoke, she teleported away from the attacks, appearing again a few feet from Elana, still sitting down. She held her hand up as a sign for Elana not to advance.
"Stop," she said, spitting out soem more blood. "I've had enough."

Nari blinked as they returned. She looked around and saw that they were now standing in the Forrest Arena where they had begun. it was like they never left.
Nari carefully touched her chin, but felt no pain. Neither did her knees or arm hurt. It was as Elana had said; all the pain and injury was gone. She sighed within.
"Well," she said, trying a smile. "Thanks for the sparring."

"Yeah, I know," Nari said. "Thanks for everything. I've picked up a few tricks and tips today that I'll sharpen to fit me."
She picked her staff up, held it infront of her, hands on the middle of it and uttered one single word. The staff glowed and transformed; first into the daggers, and then to bracers on naris arms. Nari looked on them; both in white leather, one with the silver ornament of a dragon, one with a gryphon. She smiled a little, wiggled her fingers to get rid of the stiffness, and then looked at Elana again.
"Thanks a lot." she said, hugging Elana again. "I really appreciate it. See you later!"
Then she turned to leave the forrest arena.

*Jess walked into the sparring arena with her weapons in hand, she didn't plan on getting an opponent for awhile, but she thought that she might as well wait it out and see who would decide to walk in and have a little 'fun' with her. Her golden eyes gazed about the place as her tail lashed from side to side as she looked about the large place. It had been a while since she had last been here, and since she last had a good spar. Hopefully she still had enough experience in battle.*
(( If anyone wants to have a spar with me, just go ahead and post. xD ))
