Haru Mania *** Man-Reika (Thought I forgot, huh?) -- It's not all bad. As long as you keep your head low, eyes averted, and only look for cats and motivational poster, your time in 4chan is quite a pleasant one. 3nodding Also, are you blowing up that ladies head? Cuz that would be funny. 1. No, I don't expect anyone to forget about that without forgetting about me entirely. 2. I have a hard time telling if what's on the screen is cats or horribly violent tentacle rape when my eyes are averted. No really, everything I can tell about the images on screen is identical when I'm not looking at it. 3. While cats and motivational posters are nice if a tentacles monster were holding them in one of it's many tentacles (and you avoided seeing what terrible things were held in it's many other tentacles,) you would still want to kill it, relocate the cat to a safer location, and possibly put the poster on a wall somewhere. That way you still end up with images of a cat and a motivational poster but you also made a tentacle monster dead in the process.

Shokushu Monster slaying inevitably makes anyone go insane but 4chan does the same only without the death of any monsters. It has all of the negatives and nothing to make up for it (unless easy access to a blossom of insanity via pictures is somehow something you would want access to.) It's unique malady has taken many of us within it's grasp and it is quite clear that there is no undoing this damage. We can only stop it's tendrils from extending deeper into our world with a great purging. Monster slaying does not inevitably make you insane. Death is far more likely and has a much quicker onset. Some of us just happened to be immune. Anyway, this '4chan' place sounds ignominious and I can't imagine why it constantly crops up in conversations around here. Read a book or something. I myself have recently gone through Fahrenheit 451 and Catch-22. I thought about continuing on a theme of books with numbers in titles, but instead I checked out Closing Time (the sequel to Catch-22) and The Catcher in the Rye today. I'm catching up on books that I haven't read. It's actually been quite fun. Normally I find myself pouring over volumes of reference material, tirelessly seeking information I can use in the tracking and combating of my numerous and terrible foes... but fiction is nice, too. Oh, and I have my computer again. Hurrah. ninja

I spend all of my time not looking at 4chan, and he's pretty much nailed it. Uncertainty of tentacle monsters and catfood posters, or whatever it was. Yeah. ninja

I've actually only gotten on the computer lately to check the guild and webcomics if that much (and to spend as much time as possible on it at work to avoid work). Role playing has taken up most of what we do at the apartment now. Though I am happy to announce that Dale and I--in one night--found seven of the last ten poes we need in Twilight Princess. I have a good feeling that we'll get all the others in a short order, just gotta find time to play.

We used the daylight hours to search for hidden grottoes since poes are always out underground. I got really good at spotting circles of grass in the fields. domokun Though most of them only had rupees in them. rolleyes
The control of the flow of time should have totally been one of the other things passed down from the old heroes of time. I mean, he's the hero of time. Yeah the tunic is kinda iconic, but so is the power to manipulate time!

Thaddeus I myself have recently gone through Fahrenheit 451 and Catch-22. In keeping with the number theme, we need to make sure we go see The Number 23 in theatres. Also, Fahrenheit 451 is one of my favorite books, and you've made me want to read Catch-22.
