Brayden was walking through the streets, trying to see if there was anyone he knew. And just looking for a distraction in general. Ariadne was traveling along beside him, enjoying the fresh air until the time came when she was due for another snarky comment.
However, the Gardevoir sensed when Kaya entered the city, and figured it'd be good to inform Brayden. Mostly because she didn't want to hear his moaning and complaining if she didn't, and he found out later.
'Looks like he's here, boss,' Ariadne mentioned, getting Brayden's attention, 'He just teleported here.' Brayden's resulting smile was almost enough for the Gardevoir to not jump back with sarcasm.
Almost.
'Is there any other secretarial work you'd have me do, or is that all?' she smirked.
"To show my thanks for telling me, I'll ignore that comment," Brayden offered back sweetly.
But Bray set out to see if he could track Kaya down.

Thankfully for Kaya, hew knew the streets of Celadon well enough to get around and search for his husband. But the fact that he sent out Trojana to help didn't hurt, either. "Come on, I need a hand. Or wing, rather." Pointing skyward he looked back to the Bird. "Think you can head up and look for Bray from the air?"
The Steel avian nodded her head and took off. With the knowledge of Trojana helping in his mind, Kaya went back to his search. It didn't seem to take either of them long, as they both caught sight of the black-haired male at roughly the same time.
"Kreeeee!"
"I found him, Jana." Kaya called up tot he Flyer as he headed towards his lover.

Brayden looked up, hearing Trojana's cry from the sky, spotting the Skarmory after a moment's search. He looked for Kaya, following the Skarmory's call, spotting him following along under the metallic bird.
Brayden offered a wave, smiling. Half of his fears were eased at least.
"Hey!" he greeted Kaya, "Just got your message, you were in Cerulean Dungeon, huh? Figures. I didn't know where you were at, otherwise I'd have waited for you in Cerulean."
"You just missed the rest of the crew," Brayden explained, "There were three others here, and I thought I saw Marth earlier. I think the rest of the crew went to Blackthorn, but I decided to stick around here for you."

"Hi, love." Kaya called as he approached. "Sorry for that, back there. I thought I saw something inside the cave and I guess that talisman decided to take me to investigate." he explained. "And I've got Linux to thank for figuring out where I was. He managed to get me a satellite uplink so my PokeGear map would work again. And he managed to find a software update so I can send messages now!" His wide smile showed just how excited he was by that prospect.
"Ya, I keep catching glimpses of other trainers but they're always gone by the time I try to get a good look and see if I recognize them." he admitted with a frown. "It's rather annoying."
Looking southward, his frown grew moreso. "Do you feel that?" it was something immense. Some kind of power radiating from out at sea. He could feel it already, as if it were trying to reach out to him. "There's....ung....something big....Gah!...in the south sea." he clutched his head in hands, trying to fight off the impending migraine forcing it's way in. "We.....urk...should get to Fuschia. Quickly." The gem on the man's forehead began to glow brightly, the powerful energies coming from the south reacting with it.

Brayden nodded, "Its no problem at all," he offered easily, "Glad things worked out. Linux is quite the programmer, huh?" he laughed. Ariadne watched the conversation from beside her trainer, but offered no comments of her own for the time being.
"I can't feel it, but I've been worried about home," Brayden admitted, following Kaya's attention southward.
"We met up with the three legendary birds of the region just a short while ago. They were able to break down the strange barrier that blocked off those cities. But I haven't been there yet to see what's going on," Brayden sighed. He was clearly worried about his hometown.
"I'll meet you there, then?" he asked hopefully, brightening slightly as Kaya suggested they head to Fuchsia. ((Goddammit, I misspell Fuchsia every single time I type it! Why couldn't I have made Bray from an easy to spell town?!))
Brayden was eager, and perhaps a bit worried, to see what had become of the city. He just hoped that it would be a similar situation to the rest of the region he had been in so far.
"It looks like Celadon, Cerulean, and Pewter just have structural repairs to do," he admitted, "So I'm hoping things will be similar back home as well. While Pewter got the brunt of it, with the double whammy of fossils and invaders, things were still somewhat okay, considering all they've been through."
"I'm going to go on ahead, I'll hook back up with you in town, kay?" Brayden asked with a smile, offering a quick peck on the cheek to Kaya before he stepped back, digging the amulet from his pocket.
'You sure you know how to work this thing?' Ariadne asked, sounding suspiciously suspicious.
"It can't be too hard, right? I just think of home?"
'I still think my teleporting would be safer, boss' Ariadne sighed gloomily. 'I wouldn't put my trust so easily in a hunk of metal like that...'
"Oh, don't be such a stick in the mud..." Brayden focused, closing his eyes as he thought of Fuchsia ((... misspelled it again)). His thoughts of home took hold in the necklace in his hand, and Brayden felt a lurch, and a rushing of wind as he was teleported.

Aku appeared in Celadon city via the Winged Talisman. He kept it out as he surveyed the area. He noticed that this was the same area he left Brayden and Alex when he and Emiri teleported to Blackthorn City. Not seeing Brayden Aku wondered aloud. "Where is everyone?" Arriving in Celadon City, Emiri looked around, not seeing anyone of familurarity. Looking to Aku, still holding his hand, Emiri had a suggestion.
"Maybe Brayden's in the pokemon center. We were in Blackthorn all night, and we know at least that Alex is in Fushia," Emiri suggested.

"Trainer against Gym Leader, I say one of them doesn't stand a chance against the other...so the gym leader better brace themselves when we come through," Emiri said ambitiously with a small giggle.

"Well I don't know. I've never been to a gym before. I would think they're single battle, but maybe it's up to the gym leader," Emiri said, thinking about it almost too literally. When Aku mentioned their making a good team, Emiri looked to him.
"You know, I think we would. That would only mean more trouble coming their way though," Emiri said, as she could see the pokemon center coming up the way.

"With pokemon as strong willed as we are," Emiri finished, having to include their friends. Walking up to the pokemon center, the doors opened to reveal a slightly full lobby, filled mostly with trainers who had escaped the rest of the Kanto Region under seige of Team Rocket. Looking this way and that, Emiri kept her eyes open for Brayden, not having any sign of hope.
"Do you see him," Emiri asked Aku, struggling to look over people in the center.
