That was kind of weird.
"Siff is NOT the full captain of this guild, SO anything relating to this guild IS TO BE brought to him."
So he isn't the real captain but ANYTHING related to the guild IS TO GO to him. ._O
Yeah, heh, that makes sense. The whole PMing business. The other day, I was quoting something she'd just said in another guild and Dave was all, "wait, what? She's ON? Sh-she didn't reply my PM! ;_;"
