Kero sat near Sumi-kun. "I hate being here," Kero said. "Kai might need me in her fight and me being here is useless." Kero got up and shook her fur. "Um...What are you doing?" Sumi-kun said looking up at Kero. "I'm going to Kai's fight!" Kero said and ran off.

Mithos laid down on a tree branch as he read his notebook. He flipped through the pages, looking for the page he wanted. He stopped at one page, pulled out a small pen, and wrote some info into it. He closed the book, returned it to his pocket, and closed his eyes.

Mithos begins humming an odd tune. He opens his eyes, sits up, and stands. He looks around and begins walking to the west.

Syuzen sighed softly, pressing a silver flute to his lips. Blowing gently, he created a shivering note, his nimble fingers dancing along the instrument. It was a slow and sad tune, the music drawing out spirits and shadows. Syuzen cracked open an eye and continued his song, slowly playing more complicated notes.
The spirits around him reacted to the music, dancing around his figure, shimmering eeriely. The the phoenix stopped, before whispering cold words.
"Find Mikol, and bring him to me," blood red eyes stared intensely at the spirits, "Now go."
In union, the silver shadows jumped away in different directions, obedient to Syen's words. Smiling, the phoenix began to play his flute again.

Kasashi appeared in the forest, looking around for Syuzen. Little did she know she was not so far away from the phoenix. The raven haired stop.

Solo Duet kasashi

Syuzen stopped playing and waved happily at the royal and Uchiha. "Why hello Kyuusuke!!"
"Hello my a** Syuzen!," Kyuusuke growled, stomping over to the phoenix. "Your chakra concealer is wearing off, and the Akatsuki are near the village gates, and all you can say is 'Hello'?"
Syuzen smiled, "Hello Kasashi-san!" He waved.
Kyuusuke bowed his head sighing.

"Konnichiwa Syuzen-san." The Uchiha sweatdropped. "However Kyuusuke-san is right. We don't have time for a midnless conversation. It won't take long for the Akatsuki to arrive here."
The fox laughed nervous as he heared about this. "Good warning. I'm out of here. Hehe, I mean..I have somethign very important to do..Ja ne."
Fire dissapeared in a puff of smoke, leaving an annoyed Kasashi behind.

Syuzen chuckled pressing his flute to his lips again, "They're already here," he said before playing again. Kyuusuke growled.
"Already here?!" he shouted. He wanted to kick the phoenix. A black spark suddenly admitted off his chest- Fenrir was awaking.
"Syuzen, the demon..." Kyuusuke whispered. Syuzen smiled.
"Exactly why I didn't seal the shield. You'll need Fenrir's chakra to fight the Akatsuki."
Kyuusuke was speechless. "What?!"

Kasashi looked at Syuzen confused. "What!?"
Her hand clutched to the side of her head, just as Kitsuka alwayes used to do.
The shadow demon inside of her was reacting to Fenrir. It was hungry for blood and destruction.

Syuzen strode over to Kasashi. "You," he spoke softly, "Can't control your demon yet." Pressing two finger against her neck, creating a seal mark. He had settled the demon inside her slightly. "He'll settle down for a while, but if you use your over use your chakra, he'll be restless again. Do you understand? And Kyuusuke. Don't let Fenrir come in contact with Kasashi's demon. He'll kill her demon."
Kyuusuke nodded, his gold eyes were showing a swirl of black and purple.

"I understand." Kasashi spoke softly, taking some distance from the royal. It wasn't that the Uchiha couldn't contol it, there were just two things that were making it harder. The jutsu her demon had preformed, with the help of the Albino, made it harder for her to get control over him. Also it seemed like the demon knew them.

Syuzen smiled, "You can stop hiding Ryoma."
A growl was heard from the bushes and a black figure stepped out. Kyuusuke remained rather silent.
"Syuzen," Ryoma snarled. The phoenix chuckled.
"Ryoma-kun."

The Uchiha glared at Ryoma, her sharingan already activated, her hands turned into fist.
The last time they had met, he had thought she was Kitsuka, his old team mate.
