Sage lead Alex up the walkway towards the front door, his mother was already unlocking the door. Giving the two teens a gentle look she ushered them in as she closed the door she spoke.
"You both can sleep in Sage's room, provided you behave." As she said this Sage gave is mother a look of shock disbelief, Alex seemed to share this look though her face turned a few shades redder.
Sage's mother chuckled lightly, "I have a feeling you'll need the comfert." she gave Alex a reasuring look and touched her shoulder before she headed down the hall to her own room.
The two teens stood in the foyer for a moment longer before Sage guided Alex to his room.

Alex followed, feeling the first waves of exhaustion. Once inside his room she leaned against the bed as Sage pulled out a set of PJs for her, with his own in his hands he headed to the bathroom. "I'll be right back."
Taking the cloths she changed setting her own neatly on the other side of the bed. Pulling the blankets back she crawled in, a few minute later a cautious Sage came in glad that he had given her enough time to change. Getting in as well he pulled Alex close kissing the top of her forhead before he closed his eyes. Alex snuggled into his embrace relaxing as her eyes also drifted close.

Aslynn leaned against her door as she felt it click shut. The text she had been sent was from Theiry. Even though he wanted to meet with her in the morning he had sent her some files to look through. Her eyes flickered to her small desk where a yellow envelope sat innocently. She glared at it as she pushed herself off the door and picked it up. 'No sense in delaying the inevitable', she thought to herself as she pulled out the contents and sat down to read through them. The first was a note from Theiry stating that these where copies and to mark as she saw fit, the rest where recent reports on NightWorld activities including Alex O'conner's home. Setting the others aside she read through the whole report before setting it alone to the side. She would tell Sage and Alex about this at school the next day.
The other reports seemed rather odd, the attacks where seemingly random, most attacks left no survivors and where rather brutal. All reports comment that the attackers where most likely shifters and further on these reports any Night World contacts barely said anything and their behavior boardered on panic. Shifting her glasses Aslynn set back, "Shifter? powerful enough to scare most of the Night World mute...." she murmured. Pulling out a few items she organized the reports by date highlighting the commonalities, usinging a paper clip she bundled the attack reports and then put the O'conner report at the bottom and slipped them back into the envelope. She was going to be in the library alot this week, taking off her glasses she got dressed for bed.

I suggest you look into an attack that was staged against the Enyart twins a day or so ago. A few disturbing facts have been circulating the supernatural community of late...

I suggest you look into an attack that was staged against the Enyart twins a day or so ago. A few disturbing facts have been circulating the supernatural community of late...Willow arched her brow, "We don't have much contact with the twins, unfortunatly. Unless your willing to be that contact?"

Willow pushed herself off the car her stance tense. "Dragon? First to be awakened?! By the Goddess....those attacks" Her hand came over her mouth muffling the last few words.

Whoa whoa whoa. Don't go jumping to conclusions, here. The past several months, Tasuki has been attending school with the twins. And skipping half the time. He's also big about remaining neutral in this whole thing. He thinks the Circle are annoying and the Nights are plain stupid. However, if push came to shove, he'd probably side with you, albeit reluctantly.

"You don't understand, there has been a rash of unexplained attacks, murders....an animal of some sort, all specualtion is a shifter. If one dragon has been awaken....it would explain everything....." Willow seemed to be holding out the stance of serious stability while her insides turned.

Ai-yaaaa....Listen to me. Tasuki is not one of those retarded assholes from the old days, who went about from village to dell and laid waste to the countryside. He's one of the few - maybe even the only - neutral dragon. He found the whole "overlord" schtick to be, in his words, "a huge pain in the a**".
There anything else you can tell me about these attacks? I hadn't heard anything, and I'm usually one of the first to know about any kind of upsets in the "community", as it were...

Our ancestors locked them away pooling all of their magic, only the youngest Dragon princess was left, she was only 3 and is the founder of the shifter's royal family." She began to pace trying to gather her thoughts after a few paces she stopped running a hand through her hair seeming calmer. "The attacks where savage, claw wounds, but nothing matching to any animal known today....yet all anyone can suspect is a shifter. Whatever did this is whats got everyone in the NW locked up tighter then a clam. And if its a dragon, we got some serious problems, bigger then just CD vs. NW. Seems the siters and Tasuki need to exchange notes....maybe not with CD...but" she paused looking upwards. "Maybe through Aslynn and You."

You have a point...But it doesn't sound grand enough for a dragon or dragons' style. On the other hand, they don't take to being ordered around, either...this is quite a cookie. I'm stumped.
I'll see what I can get out of my friends. Mind if I let them know about the attacks? Not sure if they'd heard, but I'd rather that they be informed.

"We don't really have any documentation on what a dragon's killing methods are, so its pure speculation, but a strong one." Willow sighed as if finally settling the weight she now carried. "Being informed is a good thing, I doubt the boss will care so long as the matter is settled." Giving Genju one last look she left him with one more thing, "Given the situation, I'm counting on you to look after Aslynn."
((forgot that I had her with this color before green...Alex's is supposed to be green sweatdrop ))
