Layra-chan Waveform White Linen I don't know why I'm saying that but it just popped into my head. You know when I realized I loved that girl? When we kissed in a snow storm. A full blown snow storm. There I could swear I saw 2 snowflakes alike. That is just romantic enough to make up for the cheesiness. You aren't a fan of romantic cheese? I'm more of a fan of childishly ideal romance.

My neighbor has some pretty cute puppies that they neglect, and subsequently they sneak into our yard. I'm more of a cat person. And a fish person.  Photos don't do her justice. She's my dazzling baby heart That photo is sort of dated, though. It's hard to get a good picture of her because she won't hold still. And I think the camera scares her. For you non-fish people, she's a Black Belt Cichlid, and that lighter banding on her body and the raised dorsal fin is an aggressive display. Anyway, you know, you meet Mr. or Ms. right, and they hold you in their arms on a little hill bathed in moonlight and tell you that you're their one and only. That sort of thing.

I'm a sucker for all small mammals, really. And big carnivores, and ungulates (heehee) and most non-primate mammals. And fishies, and reptiles, and frogs (toads are a bit icky) and birdies, and most insects if they don't bite me or my food, and spiders, and a bunch of other things. Actually, the only animals I'm not really fond of are adolescent humans. And most adult humans. Odd, that. I've always wanted to go dancing barefoot in the grass under the stars with my lover.

Waveform That's not cheesy, that's sweet. Really caring about someone is being willing to do anything for them. Making yourself look silly is really not too high a price. Yup. Sounds like it'd be cold. I likes cold. Besides, we could always warm each other up afterwards. In a purely Platonic manner, of course. 3nodding Anyway, I'd love for my lover to shower me with bad pick-up lines and things that sound like cliches but haven't gotten popular enough yet. Two identical snowflakes? I'd go for that.

It hâppenned. You never been into a quebec's snowstorm where in 5 hours it snows 3 feets.
When the blizzard was circling us and I was experiencing the truest experience of my life (except maybe being a parent), I realized I loved that woman.

I think it's very sweet. It's just so Hallmark and syrupy. Erm. I fear I have backed myself into an inescapable situation. So, I apologize D: Also, I have never seen a typo due to an accented character. I guess you'd need to have a French keyboard or something o_O I've never been to Canada, period. But my late great uncle does have a research institute, two schools and a library named after him in Ontario. I'd like to go sometime. Visit the motherland.

Im playing Baldurs Gate II again. This time as a monk. He sucks pretty badly right now but wait until he's lvl 20ish! Then he'll be like bruce lee with +5 to hit and damage modifiers and roll those saving throws with both hands tied behind his back.

Sinusoid Layra-chan Mathematical music theory is one of the most ridiculous things ever. What do you mean? The article I'm reading is trying to form a group structure on the symmetry transformations between sonic events in order to define the relation between produced sounds and perceived sounds. There's also something about real versus imaginary tone steps, turning those into a pair of lattices in order to describe half-steps and fifths as the basis of the space of tones, with coordinates either as monotonic notes or diasyntonic notes. All of this to establish a geometry of perceived chords. It's a perfect example of mathematics taking something grounded in reality and then abstracting the hell out of it.
