You may come to regret that, Lynn-chan, as my ramblings are the stuff of legends. Ask any of my relatives. Sometimes it takes a monumental effort to get me to stop.
But you are right. Getting things in order helps. And openness is key to any relationship, bond or no.
((Gotcha. Mine tends to take random vacations without notifying me first. >.<))

"And as always I can think of a few ways to make you stop." As she looked up at him she allowed the grin to stay for a second before switching completely as another thought came to her. "And since you have a nickname for me I should use one for you." After a split second she grinned amused, "Your choices are either Juu-chan or Gen, though I might use the former more so then the latter."((*nodds* thats why my other characters have yet to get back into the loop....my muse hasn't quiet helped me otu with that....to to mention some of the other plot ideas I had m(_)m Muse is being mean I can come up with dialogue to a point, but some actual character movement that would establish mroe plot.....noooo *pokes muse....only to get finger bitten* sweatdrop ))

Well, either works for me, though I think my aunt will torment me all the more if you ever use "Juu-chan" in her presence.
As for stopping my ramblings...you;d be surprised what works and what doesn't.
So, scenic route home or is time of the essence?

Aslynn watched the streaks of yellow from the fireflies as they drove past. The night air was refreshing as she let her hand feel the wind as it rushed over the car. She half felt bad for not having anything to say, but she instantly pushed that feeling aside. The silence between them wasn't uncomfertable and she leaned back in her seat still watching the fireflies.

Chibi_Maru-chan Alex seem to fade out as they drove to Sage's home, his mother had helped her organize everything. All that remained was the funeral itself and that was to be held Tuesday, she only wished she could postpone it till after they found her brother. Her only concelation was that her parents had asked to be cremated and as such she could still have her brother help her scatter their ashes at their favorite park. She was brought out of her thoughts as she felt moisture on her hand, she had been leaning on it as she was looking out at the scenery. Slowly she dabbed at them not really caring all that much if either of the two had seen them. She wasn't bawling, but it would be odd if she didn't cry from time to time. Sage reached over and took Alex's hand and tenderly kissed the the back of it as he looked over at her. It was probably a good thing that He had sat back here with her, gently he pulled her to lean into him as he wrapped his arms around her. There was nothing that needed to be said between them as he held her close, softly stroking her hair. ((oops didn't think I'd left these two like this sweatdrop ))

It's something that was started long ago and tends to prevail to this day - the notion that to kitsune-bito, nothing is impossible. We can do anything that we put our mind and will into. It's been proven by a few members of our folk, but...
Not everyone puts too much merit into it, as of late, those occurances have become few and far between.

Aslynn leaned her chin on her fist as she seemed to think. "Maybe there is more to it then just putting your mind and will into it, purhapse heart is also needed?" She turned her head slightly so that she was looking at Genju, "There is a great deal of power that is only unleashed through the combination of these three things, though I can't recall what they called it when only two of the three are used." She trailed slightly, it had been some years since she had read any books that related to such magic. Aslynn half felt guilty as it was something she should be keeping track of, being a witch and all.

I believe "half-assed" would be an appropriate way to label it. But you are right. For anything to work, for any power to have an effect, one must put their entire self into it. Be willing to give all you've got to prevail in the face of overwhelming odds.
Something like that, perhaps? she seemed to echo it as the headquarters for Circle Daybreak came into view. It was a deceptively simple looking building, its farse was that of a halfway home for orphaned teens. Though in a sense it wasn't really that far off, most of those that worked in CD where in fact a majority teen and older. Most of the buildings facilities where underground and the residential and a few offices where kept in building.
