"I guess I'll have to get used to this then...." Ryo rolls his eyes, actually looking happy and confident. Ryo's battle mood had returned, rather than his unusually unhappy mood from before. Now he was the bold, cocky, confident man he was before.

Pheaura swatted him playfully, "I was joking. The problem is whoever that voice is knows I would do anything for you...even if it were a trap for me."

The creature's tail recoiled back form the small burst but other then minor shock it seemed all but unaffectide. the creature closed its palm, the light provideing fireball disipeearing. The barb on the creatures tail posicined itself to strike, hovering just off to the side of its body the wicked hooked barb snapped forth at her.

"Well, whoever or whatever it is, it's just going to have to go through me first. And I highly doubt that's going to happen!" He winks at Phea, giving her a small peck on the lips for reassurance. "Don't worry, I have it all under control!"

Bradwen finished up his eighth cupcake and leaned back against the counter. He looked over and Ryo and Phea and ask one simple question, "Okay, would you mind explaining what just happened?"

Phearua laughed, "Sure....whatever you say dear. If you can crave him out of my head go right ahead....I'm not stopping you." Pheaura looked at Bradwen and grimaced....it was going to be hard to explain. "I think a demon as telepathicaly linked himself to me. He apparently wants me for some reason, but I'm not sure why. He had threated Ryo to get to me. I'm not sure if you can understand that because I'm not too sure I do."

Her eyes adjust rather quickly to the light switch and she pulled her hand away from her mouth, seeing a bit of blood in her palm but paid no mind to that as she noticed her current predicament. And her first instinct? Close your eyes, turning her head away. Yes ingrained into her mind was the flee survival instinct that when something was coming right for you don't look and kiss your life goodbye. Damn her father for that lesson.

Pheaura sensed something wrong with the energy in the house. "Aura," she murmered and took off towards her friend's bedroom. The door seemed like it was locked and wouldn't budge, thus she beganto kick it down.

Bradwen drew his broadsword out of his back sheath and held it downwards. "So basically there's a demon dude who's arse we have to kick somewhere around here, right?" Bradwen said, moving his sword over to the counter and prodding one of the cupcakes with it, trying to get it to stay on the tip.

The blow few in , aim true but it seemed the pain that should have followed never came, the low clicking noise the creature emited from its throught ended abruptly an all was silent. The creature had vanished in the blink of an eye leaving only memories and a dark figure sitting at the foot of her bed.

Pheaura continued kicking the door until it went in she had her scythe ready and peered in. She tried to stiffle a laugh, "Ooohhhhh, sorry. I 'll fix that and leave you two alone then." She winked at Aura and gave the tumbs up sign before putting the door back.

"Baaasically, but for now, we should make sure Aura is okay. Geebus, I walk in and I let the demons in!" Ryo chuckles, following Phea to Aura's room. "What...what is it?"

She wasn't dead or even hurt except for the pain in her head from the fall and the pain in her chest as she coughed again. And very confused, seeing as she had opened her eyes to see Phea. She raised a hand to wipe the new blood from her mouth and looked to where the creature had been, which the sight line went to her bed, where sitting on her bed was an all to recognized figure. "Vincent! I should hurt you!" She coughed again and pulled herself from the floor, collecting her sais in the process.

"Ooooh...right..." Ryo winks back, stepping away. He in turn puts his arms around Phea, his eyes eased halfway shut. "What about us? Don't we need some alone time?" Ryo gave an easy grin, gazing into her eyes. "At least, until our wuss of a demon comes back..."
