Ranaes gasped in suprize as she felt Rins cold hard grip close around her arm, painfully yanking her off of the ground. She heard Rins kiss and instantly knew what Rin ment to do. This was all so confusing. Did Rin really mean to bite her? Would she bite to kill? This moment of weakness was all the tight little ball of sickness within her needed. It burst within her spreading through her veins, poisoning her blood. Her skin turned ghostly white as she struggled for breath. Now she had had enough. She was through with trying to guess wether or not Rin was her friend. Out of nowhere, she felt the strength to act. She threw her foot upwards under Rins chin, tearing her arm from her grip. She had ment to flip and land on her feet, but the strength she had gained dissapeared just as soon as it had came and her legs buckled. She fell to the ground, pantng with exhaustion. The demon and draconian blood was swirling around within her, rushing to act. But she fought it. It was true she didnt want to get killed, but neither did she want to kill Rin. It was Rins move.

She got knocked over when he did so and she stared up at him bewildered. The gold came back to her eyes as the burning red disappeared and she stood up shakily, her hands still clammy. She looked to Ranae, but didnt say anything to her and then looked to Lin.

She bit down on her lip feeling one of her fangs pierce into her lip and she bit down harder, letting her blood swirl around in her mouth. She crossed her legs and sat down on the ground and her eyes seemed angry, as well as sad and confused. She didnt know what to do, how to hunt, maybe it would have been better if she died. She clenched her sweaty hands into fists and let them sit in her lap and let her nails dig into her palms.

She watched Ranae and could tell what was happening. She felt rather threatened now and a low growl emitted from her throat followed by a hiss. This time, she made NO intention of attacking Ranae, so all she did was sit there staring angrily at the ground. 'Ranae doesnt know how it feels to be 14 1/2 and die before your 15th birthday only to become a vampire...she doesnt know what it feels like to be hated so much just because of what you are....they're all prejudice...' The angry, yet sad thoughts flew through her head as she held back her angry tears.

Ranaes demon blood flared up inside of her at the sound of the hiss. She looked up and at the direstion of rin and snarled in reply, a rather frightening sound coming from a ghostly pale and trembling girl. " All youv ever tried to do was be friends with this ungratefull whelp. Then she tries to bite you. Maybe even kill you. Who says she has the right just because shes miserable." her more sensible side argued back. " She just wasnt thinking straight. Many things have happened to this child." " You have been through many more hardships than this girl in your almost 300 years of living. Seen terrible things, experianced terrible things." Ranae continued to argue with herself, not daring move for fear her demon blood would take her.

Ranaes gaze followed the sound of Rins retreat and, still crouching low to the ground, she took a step forwards. Snarling and growling wildly. Her demon blood was slowly sliiping into power, and suddenly, it happened. Ranae's eyes went wide and she clutched her head. She screamed in pain as four black horns, two on each side, burst from the skin on her temples. She clutched them as her head pounded in excruciating pain, panting and gasping for breath.

Ranae heard her go. Heard where she went. SHe heard every breath Rin took, every step she took and twig she snapped as she ran. Her senses had increased ten fold as she transformed. She fell to the ground, her new grown pitch black claws, tearing desperately at the grass as her shoulderblades moved apart to make room for the giant black bat like wings the sprung from the skin on her back and fanned out in their full size. Ranae struggled to keep ahold of herself, willing herself not to fall victem to the mindless killing machine her fathers blood had cursed her with. She screamed out, her voice was echoed by that of her demon side, making her scream a terrible sound to be heard. Her eyes wide with terror, She lept into the air and took off in the opposite direction from Rin, putting as much distance between her and the girl as possible.
