She shrugged and tilted her head to the side to listen for anyone following them. "We'll see what happens." she whispered quietly.

All right then. Now, I think the last group have made it up into the Tower. Going to have to be careful sneaking up, as they have the high ground advantage.

Aslynn's face blushed scarlet her normal shy bookworm self kicking in as she kept her hands clasped in her lap. She had though she had pushed the shy reactions to the side earlier, but obviously not well enough. Then again she'd never even held hands with a guy let alone be carrried by one. Not that none had ever tried, but she had kept them at a distance an very rarely let any of them close enough. They never seemed to meet up with what she wanted from a potential boyfriend, so why let them think they would be. All the while her thoughts where turning, Aslynn looked at her clasped hands as if they where the most interesting things.

"Not so much that, just never had it used on me." She gave a weak smile, trying to reign in her nervousness. It wasn't really working, but atleast her hands where now relaxed in her lap. But date didn't feel like giving the poor bookworm a break as her phone went off. Causing the already nervous girl to yelp as she jumped, her hands clutching at Genju's shirt rather close to having wrapped around his neck. She glared at her side where the damned phone was on high, singing its little tune and vibrating away.


((I felt like doing something to Aslynn..I kinda feel bad...but it just makes me giggle so I must put it in xD))

Aslynn sighed as she reached akwardly for her cell, still glaring at it she looked at the caller ID. Not recognizing it she silenced the phone and put it back in her pocket, oh how she wished to chuck the blasted contraption. It had only enhansed her nervousness and to top that she felt like someone out there was having a laugh at her expense. Seeing Genju's vehicle not far away she spoke her voice quite soft, "I can walk the rest of the way, its not that far..." She was still nervous, but her mood had shifted to a slight melancholy. She hadn't even noticed how close her face was to his or the fact her hands where now resting against his chest. No all Aslynn seemed to focus was how vastly different she acted earlier to now. She was upset with herself, though it was understandable given her nonexistant past relations that she would react shyly when this close. She vaugely wondered if she should talk with her sister, somehow that thought reminded her of the bond and she like an idiot had left her thoughts to flow freely. Slowly she lifted her head to guage his reaction, trying not to notcie how close they where, though her cheeks betrayed her efforts not to think about that.

Aslynn sighed out loud her mood changing slightly, "Alright fine." resigning herself to not being let down till they reached his car. She probably wouldn't mind it so much if her nervousness would let her.

"Why shouldn't I be worried about the way I act? Not that I think my earlier actions where any better then now, just annoyed with the lack of ease I felt earlier." She bit her lip slightl, when the hell did she get slipped truth serum(sp?) she idely wondered, though she half blamed the bond as it would no doubt let him know if she was or not.

((Genju should be more discriptive so Aslynn can pick out a little bit more, else shes going to nag you about it 3nodding ))

Everyone worries about how they act, or so they say. What most people mean is that they are worried about how people perceive their actions. However, I have a slight advantage over other people in that I KNOW what you mean, despite what your outward actions and words may say.

And I'm rambling. Are you nervous because this is the closest you've been to a someone else before? Perhaps you were able to be at ease because before, I was more or less a stranger and now...that has changed. Or has it?

((Same here. >.< It's hard to play a perceptive character when you yourself have trouble reading into things, etc. crying ))
