Nari shook her head slowly.
"I think I need a few minutes to get used to this.... emptyness. It's not like I don't appreciate that you are willing to help me, Elana. Not at all, I'm really grateful. This what just something I hadn't expected. But I guess one need to be prepared for anything, but to be honest, I'd rather take the risk of tripping ove a root agan than this. It is things like roots, chracks and rocks and other stuff you need to think about when you are fighting a real battle."
Nari fell silent and looked around once more. So the surroundings could change? Nari wondered how, but decided not to ask. She still had to get used to this. Then a thought struck her and she looked back at Elana.
"I hope.... I didn't make you sad or anything by saying that....?" she said.

not at all....and as for the risk of tripping over stuff, that depends on what the area has changed into....this is the only state where that wouldn't apply, short of tripping over your own feet lol *as she said that, the area slowly changed into an open field with grass long enough to come up to your ankles* ....here's one example of how you could trip here... *Elana lightly kicks the ground, with her foot hitting a large rock half barried in the ground, one that wouldn't be visable unless you were standing right over it because of the length of the lush, green, grass*

Nari looked at the rock and nodded.
"Well, it's better than a complete nothingness. Or at least I think so."
She looked around at the green grassy field, and felt a little more at ease. She stil didn't like the idea of being inside someones mind, but she seemed to have little choice in the matter.
I guess I just have to play along, she thought to herself, nodding at Elana.
"Shall we continue?" she asked.

(( just to make things clear, Elana and Nari are in an inviroment origonaly created by Elana's imagination, but in this case they are actualy there, so Nari isn't in Elana's mind)) ok...where were we...oh yes....you're move 3nodding

((Uhm....ok.... Then I've misunderstood things. Never mind, if have, then so have Nari 3nodding She's not the brightest bird in the forrest.))
"My move, huh?" Nari said, gripping her daggers firmly. For a few seconds, she just stood there, focusing. Then she looked up and dashed forward towards Elana. Just as she was a few meters infront of her she took the help of her Gryphon dagger and made an - normally - impossible jump right over Elana, comming down behind her, ready to strike.

*quickly turning around Elana's claw again locked togeather with the dagger, using the down force of the oposing strike to give a boost of leverage as she threw a kick at Nari's side*

Nari threw up her knee and managed to block the kick with her leg, though it hurt. it also made her come off balance for a while, but she masked it with breaking away.
"Magic or no magic?" she asked.

"Fine then," Nari said, and made a hole in her palm with the tip of her Dragon dagger. A ball of fire flamed in her hand and without delay, she threw it at Elana.

Nari had expected Elana to jump out of the way, to block the fire ball with her own magic or make it vanish in some way. Anything, but this! She had not expected her to grab the ball and toss it back. naris eyes widened as she saw the ball comming towards her, and for a millisecong she panicked. Then she mentally kicked herself and threw up her Dragon Dagger just in time. The blade absorbed the fireball and the runes inscribed on the blade shone.
Nari blinked, thinking hard. Then she smiled and with a swift move scraped the two blades together, and several small fireballs emerged from the tip of the Dragon Dager, flying towards Elana.

((I'm sorry if I seem to be having too much fun with this xd ))
*catches alll but 2 of them that were out of reach, one by one Elana caught them and started juggling them, every so often, messing up causing one to almost burn her feet off when it drops away from the rest* hehe....I've never been good at this even with regular balls ^_^;;

Nari frowned as Elana caught the balls and started to juggle with them, but her lips curved in a smile as Elana dropped more and more balls, dancing away to prevent them from burning her feet. She decided to take advantage of the time she had gotten. She may not get another chanse as good as this one.
From the small wound in her hand she drew blood once more with the Dragon Dagger, let a small drop touch the Gryphon Dagger, and by clashing the two blades together and uttering an anicent word unleashing a whirlwind of fireballs. She smiled at the force she had managed to call forth, and send the whirlwind towards Elana. In a matter of second, it should engulf her, surrounding her with wind and fire.
Nari waited, a little tired from the energy she unleashed.

Nari threw herself on the ground and rolled away to get out of the way from the the energy wave. She saw the shimmer in the air, but she could not place the energy, and it made her nervous. It seemed to be pure energy.
Nari punctured the side of her foot with the Gryphon Dagger, and a could of air formed under her feet, lifting her up several feet above the ground. It made her feel a little safer, but she had no doubt Elana could follow, and hastily put up a wind shield. Perhaps it wouldn't absorb the whole blow, but it would atleast reduce the damage. Nari hoped.
