He nodded at the lioness and then looked around with a confused look on his face. "A.... fire....?" He sniffed the air and realized it did smell oddly like smoke. Suddenly his confusion transformed into overprotective daddy/mate and he followed after Nala and licked her ear. "Yes, we should be safe at the watering hole." He glanced up as a rain drop fell on his nose and gave a slight smile. "At least this rain will help us out."

Tyme really smiled for the first time after the whole ordeal. Now that everyone here was safe, she could rest a little for now. Her coat was badly blackened and singeed in some places, not to mention she still had the smell on ash in her nose. Still, her apperance had to do. Standing up shakily, she slowley made her way into the water and splashed Leo with water. "This is for... I dont know what, but I just needed to do that." Looking a little serious, she tried to sit up as tall as she could, "You better be a good daddy or else I'm going to get you," Then she smiled and both of them and began to leave. The rains were beginning to pour so the fire should stop spreading. It wans't enough to put out the flames, but it was enough keep them at bay. "I have to get back..." Somehow seeing the two together, she felt a little out of place. 'I hope Felix is alright...'

*Nala smiled, and moved herself to the left, as if to give him room to rest. The smoke from the pride lands seemed to be fading as the rains slowly fell down and scared the flames away. Nala was glad to see this. Fire was a dangerous thing, and she didn't want her cubs to be born in the mist of it. Her light coat had a few dark blotches here and there, but all in all she was fine. A slight sigh passed her maw as she curled her tail along her paws; both of them lay near the water hole.*

"I am fine Leo... Just so tired... and weak feeling."

*Nala's eyes opened as she moved herself up slightly; her back and stomach where so sore, she winced. She wanted this to get over with, as soon as possible. Her cream colored coat pushed back as she rested her head upon Leo's left shoulder; her paws draping over her chest as she rested on her side.*

*Ash played within his eyes, as he moved himself up, a deep snarl playing along his tone as he batted at his face; his claws hitting his nose and lower cheeks as the dark tinted Tye feel onto the grasses of the outer parts of the pride lands. He was a mess. His eyes where shut tight and half of his claws where chipped away; his form was covered in ash and black burn marks; thought he was not bleeding, he was in a deep pain.

He had been wondering for so long within the smoke and ash, that now he could not see; it had damaged his senses. He had jumped over a pit to escape the flames after Aino and the dark cub had disappeared; but his back paws hit the side of the stone and gravel as he did so; leaving his back paw slightly injured. As he lay down upon the soft grasses of the mainlands, he slowly rolled on to his side; his form curving up as he lay in a rather limp pose.

What had happen, and where was he? He did not have the strength to move, or even call out for help; he simply moved himself up, doing his best to open his light green eyes; hissing as ash hit them. He opened them for a brief second as he looked for a safe place to hide. Spotting an old log Tye dragged himself over to it, and played his body along it; trying to stay within the shadows of its shade. He was torn, and all he wanted now was to rest. He was too far for anyone to see, and he wanted to keep it this way, he had nothing left for him. Tye lay down and thought to himself, before passing out under the protection of the old log. He only hoped that his family was alright, and that Zira kept close eye on there cubs.*

Leo licked her back and nuzzled her with his forehead, his mane lightly tickling her cheek. "Feeling any better?"

*Moving herself up, Nala's whole body was sore; her eyes lightly narrowed Resting beside her lay three tiny cubs, each nuzzling against her soft fur; she eyed her beautiful cubs. Leo would be so proud. Her eyes moved along her first cub, her first daughter; her fur was a light blue, and the same fur that emerged from with on Leo's paws played along hers, she looked just like her father. Nala purred and licked her second, her son. He too had the same flare fur, but his coat was more like her own, tinted with light blues. Yet another deep purr passed her maw as she moved to nuzzle her last, a small female cub. Her markers where like that of Leo's but her tinted looked like a calibration of the two. All of the cubs had the brightest blue eyes that Nala had ever seen. She was so happy, as she licked each of her cubs; before turning and speaking to Leo.*

"... Mmm... Leo.. Look..."

*She whispered before turning back to marvel at her cubs, a look of complete happiness upon her maw. They where all so perfect, and she could have been happier. She moved her back along Leo's form as she purred, her tone rather weak.*
