"I thought you wanted out of this cave?" Leo said pushing Shaon along. He was eager for the fresh air that the slit of moonlight offered, so he crept up to Raj'qar.

Shaon, remebering the cave as if from a nightmare, scrambled forward, running into Raj'qar. she scrambled ove rhim, which was an impossibly tight fit and into the open air. she gasped as she got into open air. she breathed it in and coughed, lookign around. "Praise Sithis!" she creid, looking into the open air.

Raj'qar halted for a moment and scanned the opening then silently he slithered out into the open air. Raj'qar felt so vulnerable in the open; he shivered and headed for the nearest brush to find cover. They were now on the opposite bank of the Nibenay and Bravil shined dimly on the other-side. Up the slope of a bank was The (it's nice to have a map!) Yellow Road; it sprawled the Nibenay Valley on its eastern-bank.

"Thank Sithis for that..." Sydney said with a sigh as he drew in fresh air. Something didn't seem quite right...

Shaon didn;t seem to notice that nothign felt right. Too grateful for the air, she merely took in long, deep breaths until she felt that she had been cleansed of her fear and anxiety. "i'm sorry for back in the cave..." she said, not quite quiet, but not loud either. she looked to sydney and leo. "it is no way for a silencer to act. you have my deepest apologies, my brothers."

"Not I." Leo said. "I won't have them at all. I was grateful for that bit of insight into your soul. Now... Where should we go next? My vote is for Leyawiin. I don't want to cross any borders, but it will bring the fight to them, will it not?"

shaon siad nothign, onyl stared at the gorund. It didn;t matter to her where they went, as long as they woudl be safe...she chuckled at that. safe was not an accurate word. as logn as they weren;t in grave dnager, she didn;t mind where they went.

"Leyawiin!" hissed Raj'qar in a gruff rasp of a voice. His eyes turned to his brother and burned green with emotion; the only emotion Raj'qar could show: hate. (Not at you Leo) "Not there," Raj'qar rasped curtly, but that was all. Raj'qar vanished into the shadows; to be alone with the void.

All of a sudden, Sydney's eye of Sithis amulet went mental, there was someone on top off the cave they had just came from. Sydney spun round to see an archer with an arrow at the ready, taking aim. "GET DOWN!" Sydney yelled.

Shaon, stunned by Raj'qar, did not even hear the command, nor did she comprehend it. She looked up and saw the archer, wincing as she saw the arrow fly. she could only guess as to who it was aimed for. moving would mean nothing now....

Raj'qar's arrow sliced the cold morning air with a bloodthirsty ferocity; it flew from the void of darkness like a shade hungering for life. Hitting the shadow above the exit in the stomach. The poison would now make it's journey through the blood eating away at every inch of ventricle. Raj'qar disappeared swiftly back into the shadows of the forest in silence.

Shaon heard the twang of another bow and the sickening thud of a man fallign back and hittign the ground with lifeless pose. she looked to the shadows cast from the early morning sun and grinned. "Thank you Raj'qar," she said, knowing he most likely wouldn;t say anyhting or show himself. She turned back into the sky, the arrow split down the shaft right at her feet. She felt her lips tug into a grin, hidden beneath her mask. Leo was right, Raj'qar was very good.

Sydney smiled. He had never seen Raj' qar fight. "Well done." Sydney said to him.

Shaon looked around, careful and wary. If there was someone lying in ambush, they either knew where they were or were scouting to find them. Shaon turned to Sydney. "I bet there are more around her, we shoudl probably move. to where i don;t know, but standign here waiting seems suicidal."
